I can throw them in my purse without taking up any space, rather than carrying an extra drink with me. I love that there aren't any artificial sweeteners in this power. The powder dissolves very quickly in water and doesn't leave a bad after tatse like a lot of these powdered drinks. I love having added electrolytes to my water to help keep me hydrated throughout the day. I would definitely recommend these to everyone!
