[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like this! It is a nostalgic grape candy type flavor which I kinda like. It dissolves really fast which is a plus. I found it to be pretty sweet so I watered it down a bit more, that is more personal preference. I like the small packets to keep in my bag and for travel. Overall it was a refreshing drink but I wouldn't say I felt like it was super hydrating (outside of the water I mixed it with).

I added a bit more water to dilute it more which helped too. I wasn't familiar with the propel brand before this but I like the ingredients and the convenience of the powder packets which are easier to store or take on the go since they don't take up a lot of space before mixed.

I use a one package for a 32oz water and it’s perfect for after/during the gym. If you want to maintain longevity you can use half a packet and shake well with water for a smooth drink with no clumps!
