The variety pack gives you a nice selection, though some of the flavors taste a little more artificial than others. It dissolves easily and doesn't leave a weird texture or smell behind. It gets the job done, but I usually have to use extra water so the flavor isn't too overpowering.

The electrolytes give a noticeable boost on longer runs without any sugar crash later. As for the flavors, Kiwi Strawberry is by far the best of the bunch. It is incredibly refreshing, crisp, and the one I always look forward to drinking. The Berry and Grape flavors are also really solid options that are smooth and easy to get down mid workout. The only downside is the Raspberry Lemonade. It is definitely my least favorite because it has a bit of a strange, artificial aftertaste that just doesn't sit right with me when I'm running. Overall, it is a great variety pack for runners, and the Kiwi Strawberry flavor alone makes it worth buying.

I often catch myself avoiding water & reaching for coffee or flavored energy drinks, but these help me avoid those and keep my hydration a high priority! I’ll add either one packet to a disposable water bottle, or two to one of my many reusable water bottles, and it is gone in no time! The packet dissolves so quickly with a few stirs or shakes, and you are set. There is a flavor that everyone loves in my household from this variety pack, so it will continue to be on my grocery list!
