PLEASE make a milder version. This is delicious but a tad too spicy for us. Great in a bun with onions and peppers, in rice or cabbage. Definitely worth a try.

Wonderful flavor, however, the casing is too tough. Had to remove caging to eat.

Put these in a seafood boil and they are fantastic. Bought another package for grilling. They have a nice taste and a perfect spice level.

My Dad and I really like this sausage it is excellent. I wish they still had the Bacon Cheddar sausage but this is just as good.

Delicious sausage but gave it a 4 because the casing used is very tough! Ended up peeling it off.

Amazing Flavor! Please never get rid of these!
