[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was not what I expected, I thought it was too keep mosquitoes away but it is a long term killer to keep eggs from growing. It does seem to have some larvae in it so I really don't know how it's working.

Just replace the band every 30 days, check water level periodically and refill as needed.

I assembled the unit in less than 2 minutes...very easy. I sat it out on my patio where mosquitoes have always been an issue. Three days later, my neighbor was sitting with me ans mentioned how he was not being eaten by mosquitoes like happens on his deck...he's since gotten one for himself!!!

Love the design and needed something to prevent so many mosquitoes in my garage while I relax in the evenings. So far so good the the control of mosquitoes that I see since setting up the system. Want to really see how well it works in August when I have the biggest issue with mosquitoes.

I would say it too about 3 minutes from arriving in my doorstep to having it setup and working in the backyard. It really is a nice and simple product to help reduce mosquitos. Maintenance is simple and each refill band lasts for a month at a time. I would say for a few minutes of work a month this is a worthwhile product to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I set this up about June 25 and when I went to check it yesterday to see if it needed more water, I found that it had been totally disassembled by some animal, probably a raccoon, and all the water was gone. But, I noticed this morning that there were NO mosquitos and on the day I set the trap up, I was getting bitten while I was baiting it. So even with only a few days of use, it did the job. I did have trouble getting it to snap down, so that could be why it was so easy for an animal to destroy it. I will rebait it and put a weight on top this time.

I got this product, read the instructions and yes simple enough to get it assembled and placed, then I added the water. I did wear latex gloves when I opened the package of powder and made sure the tablet dropped in the tub. I'm not sure how big my yard is, but I put it where there's a bunch of greenery in the corner of my yard. I'm super excited to see how this works, it says 9 days, but I should start seeing a difference soon. One thing about mosquito's is they absolutely love me! I'm going to enjoy my yard this year thanks to this product!
