I prefer some other flavors by this brand due to the fact that the consistency of this one felt more watery than normal. Other than that no issues, like the limited sugar amount and high level of protein.

It’s very chocolaty but not overly sweet. It has a thicker consistency. It is a good portion and very filling. The packaging is sturdy and has a cap to reseal it if you don’t finish it all in one sitting!

i would do zero stars if i could. I’ve been a gym rat for 30* years, and have tried every type of protein avl, i did like regular muscle milk, but when i saw this i wanted to try it. I bought 4 cases, first 3 i drank were ok, def not as good as the original formula, but then 2 days ago, and i drive a semi, as im opening it i take a swig, and it was soured over. Most disgusting thing ever, and i couldn’t spit it out so i took the gulp like a champ, i bought these 1 months ago, i always alternate between these the new oikos and diamontize shakes, hence why i am only on my 3rd. How this spoiled is beyond me i keep all shakes in a cool controlled environment in my gym. I will never trust another one again, they expire in dec so it was due to shelf life. It even smelled sour, i kept it and sent a complaint to pepsi cola the owner of mm. My best guess is it was a bad batch. Yuck!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.]  I recently tried the muscle milk pro high protein shake in the flavor chocolate and while I really appreciate the high content of protein and convenience I just wasn’t a fan. It has a smooth texture and definitely kept me full but I found it to be really sweet and artificial tasting . If you prefer less sugary or a more natural tasting protein shake this one may be slightly overwhelming for you. I would probably try a different flavor next time.

This protein shake is a little on the thicker side but is still good. I like the size of this one because I can mix it all with my coffee and make a protein coffee for work. It tastes great alone and mixed with coffee!
