[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are really good. They are shelf stable but I prefer them cold. They are easy to bring on the go, just shake and drink! The chocolate flavor is really good and rich, with no weird aftertaste. I wish they had more fiber but they do have a lot of protein. They're great for a post workout recovery drink. They don't make my stomach hurt like some other protein drinks. I would recommend these if you're looking to simply increase protein and limit sugar.

It’s a bit watery but not bad taste for a protein shake. 200 cals for 33g of protein is pretty good as well. I feel it’s set at a good, competitive price point too for a large pack of these.

The packaging is convenient and you don’t have to mix it up. The highly filtered milk makes it easy to digest even for someone who is lactose intolerant like myself.

It really helps to drink this before and after the gym or exercise. The texture is kind is moderately thick with a great taste and feels just like a chocolate drink. If your main priority is getting 33g of protein in a quick and convenient premade shake, it gets the job done but do not expect it to taste amazing. The chocolate flavor is pretty watered down and it lacks the rich, creamy taste I personally look for in a protein shake. It’s definitely more of a “chug it and move on” drink rather than something to sip on. I also had a couple bottles that tasted…weird. The best way I can describe it is like hot dog water, which made it hard to finish. Compared to other ready to drink protein shakes like fairlife, this one falls short in both flavor and texture. I’ve also used the muscle milk protein powder before, and while the macros are a little different, I think less protein per serving, i actually think it tastes much better than this bottled version. Overall, it’s convenient and packed with protein, but the taste is what holds me back from repurchasing in the future. If you’re big on flavor, I would suggest you look for other alternatives.

Only 200 calories, 33grams of protein, and 3g of sugar this drink is a great way to get more protein in your diet. When drinking in the morning, i feel fuller throughout the day. These were cheaper than my go to brand and tastes very similar. I will definitely be getting these again!

No issue on digestion. Perfect after gym workout or pre workout. Size is similar to what you can find in other brands. Value for money.

It’s great to take on the go and not having to deal with mixing protein powder. It does have an artificial sugar taste to it and it is quite sweet even though it only has 3g of total sugar.
