Unlike some protein shakes, it doesn't leave any weird after taste or chalkiness in your mouth. Definitely comparable to Fairlife protein shakes with the nutrition facts and would buy again!

I wouldn't say it's my favorite but I do like the flavor. Packaging is not a hassle and easy to open. Taste best when cold 100% ! Ingredients aren't too bad.

I was pleasantly surprised with the taste, for having 33g of protein, I fully expected this to be more chalky. As a flight attendant, these are perfect to have in my bag during a work trip or just on the go.

These have higher than average protein content when compared to similar products from other brands. I like that they are compact, easy to grab and go. The chocolate flavor is pleasant, but loses a couple points for being somewhat chalky tasting. It has a long shelf life unopened, and the dose comes pre-measured in a single bottle. It mixes well, is convenient and helps whit a good recovery.

It doesn't have the chalk flavor or horrible after taste like a lot of others. It has 33g of protein and it's 200 calories. The sodium is 250, I do wish it was a little lower but it seems normal comparing to others. It is very smooth and reminds me of chocolate milk texture. I have found also, it is best served cold!! I love the convenience of just a grab and go drink coming home from the gym. My husband has now switched to drinking muscle milk now too after his workouts.
