They don't hurt my stomach or make me feel nauseous. I drink before a workout for energy and recovery. The only plastic is the lid which is great since I'm trying to get away from plastic.

It has lots of protein and calcium. It smells and tastes chocolatey ish anyway. It's a smooth drink. No clumps or anything. It has a traditional milk carton look with a twist off plastic lid. The chocolate taste is not really there, if anything, it tastes like this was the milk leftover after having chocolate cereal. The milk itself is not thick, so that was nice. It is a very plain flavor, but if I use it in my Smoothies or other things as a mix-in, then I think this would be great! 33g of protein for only 200 calories is very nice! I just wish it had more of a chocolate punch.
