It didn't fall apart like some I've tried and it tasted even better then regular pasta. I've made these in red tomatoes sauce with shrimp and it was delicious. My 3 year old loved it! I would buy this again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In and of itself this is a high quality boxed pasta. I like mine al dente and I expected this to have a different texture because of the protein. The average consumer wouldn't know the difference from Barilla or another quality dry pasta.

I find that it taste just like regular pasta, I don't see any difference in texture. I like that it has added protein in it, so it makes eating carbohydrates a little less guilty
