Having a protein pasta makes it healthy enough that I can have pasta with meals again and it doesn't change the taste at all!

The taste is different that regular duram wheat pasta but that difference is subtle, like a vegetable taste. It cooks up nicely with a yellow mustard hue. Honestly, it's like any other regular pasta. This pasta is much more gut friendly than the typical pasta brands out there.
