I mixed mine with ground turkey and a creamy sauce and it was just perfect! Loved it and love the ingredients and added protein!

It certainly better than most other protien pastas, but it is bit brittle so cook to a right amount and consume before it gets cold for better taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I but this regularly. I like all of the protein pastas. They do have a somewhat different texture than traditional pasta, and slightly different flavor. But once you put sauce on it the flavor difference isn't salient.

Although the pasta water turned slightly opaque during the cooling process, the pasta came out al dented and didn't have the mushy consistency of some other protein pastas (chick pea pastas). If you are trying to make healthier swaps, I highly recommend trying this protein pasta.

Its definitely a thicker type pasta so it needs a heartier sauce to cover the taste but its a good source of protein. The pasta by itself isn't great but I enjoyed it in my meal. The price isn't too bad either considering its higher in protein.
