[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually add some sort of protein to my pssta (chicken, beef, etc.) when I cook a pasta dish. I don't really see the point of paying extra to have protein included in the pasta itself. Taste was fine.

The packaging is appealing on the shelf and easy to find a cooked up well for me as long as you allow for adequate water and a big enough pot. We put it with a red sauce, but I'm sure it would be fine however, you want to dress it up. The texture was good and it didn't bother my stomach afterwards. I will buy this again.

I was worried about bloating from lupine beans but I didn't feel bloated after eating it, now I want to change my regular pasta to brami pasta.

The texture is a slightly different than traditional semolina pasta from Italy which we love but I did not mind it because the nutritional value more than makes up for it. I wish there was a fettuccini variety in this pasta as that's one of the favorite for my family!

Pasta sauce held well and did not soak into and make a mushy pasta. There was a perfect bite to this pasta and I will try next in a cold pasta salad.

The taste, the texture, held the sauce well, cooked firm at 10 minutes and didn't fall apart when you ate it. As a plus is the amount of protein and fiber it delivers as we all know is important nowadays! Definitely adding this to my regular shopping list.
