The sauce we used was stroganof and the spiral effect really captured all of the sauce in each nook and cranny making for an amazing dish. I will buy this again as it has more protein, stays firm and has good flavor.

However, they taste much more like regular pasta than others I've tried, such as the lentil pasta. There isn't too much bitterness, if any. If someone gave me a blind taste test with these and regular pasta, it would probably take me a while to tell the difference.

Knocked off a star, because it is a bit pricey in comparison to other protein pastas. But would definitely purchase again if it was on sale.

If you follow the directions, the pasta is still crunchy, not even al dente. Once it's cooked to al dente, it feels thick and almost paste-like with a horrible bitter aftertaste.

The beans given asked to add added boost to protein, and it doesn't add any weird flavor profile to the pasta. pasa is very versatile and quick cooking, it's ready pretty much in minutes and it goes with any type of topping I mix in my own fresh cheddar cheese
