I typically have a hard time eating other protein pastas, so this one is different - THAT'S for sure! The texture was not slimy at all and came out beautifully al dente; I was shocked! It did not taste much different from regular pasta even though it is made out of beans and italian wheat. It tasted well with marinara sauce and alfredo sauce.

The packaging is appealing on the shelf and easy to find a cooked up well for me as long as you allow for adequate water and a big enough pot. We put it with a red sauce, but I'm sure it would be fine however, you want to dress it up. The texture was good and it didn't bother my stomach afterwards. I will buy this again.
