I cooked the Fusilli pasta as directed topped it with home made marinara. I liked the texture and it's tenderness. My sauce stuck to pasta better than most of the other pastas I have tried. Highly recommend it.

Basic wheat pasta. This is nothing fancy and not wroth the extra dollars. It taste like basic wheat pasta like any other brand. I tried the Fusilli kind.

When I tried Brami, I was surprised at how similar it tastes to and cooks like regular pasta. I love legume and chickpea pasta but they are difficult to cook to get the right texture.
