I enjoyed the texture and the flavor of this pasta. It wasn't soggy or gritty tasting. I was skeptical at first to get it because I thought it going to taste bad but it wasn't bad at all. I will purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pasta is pretty good! It doesn't break down too much when cooking like some other chickpea pasta brands. It is a bit expensive though so I probably wouldn't buy all the time.

I used this pasta to make mac and cheese, it cooked the same as any other pasts but had great chew. I'm always trying to get more protein into my diet and this is definitely a great way to do so!

This is comparable to my normal pasta. Same amount of fiber, a bit more sodium and protein, and a bit less sugar. Which I'd buy would really depend on price and what shapes are available.
