[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The texture is al dente and holds up well to sauces. I appreciate the simple ingredient list and the fact that it's made with lentil and chickpea flour. Flavor-wise, it's pretty neutral, so it takes on whatever sauce you pair it with nicely

I'm always skeptical of high protein products (as someone who has been burned one too many times by a chalky pasta or cake), but this was delicious! No compromise in taste or texture while still packing in a surprising amount of protein to keep me full for longer.

I am thrilled to find a high protein lower carb authentic product made in Italy with Italian Wheat. The taste is wonderful, rich, and nutty and I love how these noodles stay firm and flavorful rather than getting mushy and tasteless. I have used this wonderful brand so far as a hot dish with marinara, cold pasta salad, and traditionally as 'poor mans' spaghetti with butter and breadcrumbs (always a favorite since I was a child), and with all the versatile shapes I am going to have to try them in a homemade mac and cheese as well as in my many soup recipes. These do remind me of growing up in my Italian family. I will never, repeat never, use any other brand!

I tried the fusilli and the texture of the pasta held up great. Sometimes with the healthier pasta brands the texture or taste can be off, but this Brand didn't have any of that. Great choice for high protein, simple ingredients, while having the traditional pasta texture/taste.

With it being a blend of wheat and the beans you still get the texture and taste of regular pasta with the added benefit of extra protein. It's a good option to boost protein and fiber of a meal. And the flavor and texture is good.

Now that I'm in maintenance, my carbs have increased enough to include a small serving of pasta. But after not eating it for so long, regular pasta tasted bland. So I was excited to try out Brami. It is made with traditional semolina wheat with the addition of lupini beans, which ups the protein. I tossed the pasta with butter, feta and parmasean for a simple side to go with grilled chicken and roasted broccoli. Nobody seemed to notice a difference in taste or texture between this and regular pasta. A small amount was very filling for me (1/4 cup) but didnt make me feel heavy or bloated. I will definitely purchase this brand again.

This pasta is amazing. We will continue to buy it!! It's absolutely amazing. I canbtadte no different between this pasta and regular pasta. It has lower carbs and lots of protien. The perfect bite and no weird tastes or textures. It held up beautifully in the fridge too.

My senior dad had to eat smaller portions cuz it really fills you up. Oh same with me but I love the extra benefits of the protein and large amounts of fiber that make you feel like you're actually eating food!
