[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this product two ways. The first warmed with a marinara sauce and sausage. The second was a cold Italian pasta salad. I preferred the protein pasta cold as the warm pasta had a stiff texture. Taste was good either way

This is the only pasta I will be buying from now on! The quality of the product is the best out there and this is the first pasta product I have tried that had such a wonderful, almost nutty, flavor. Using Italian Wheat is so authentic and makes this brand special. I cooked mine al dente, it was perfectly firm, and each piece was such a generous size that it was so filling and satisfying. I love that they offer so many shapes making it very versatile. I enjoyed it with a little sauce and parmesan cheese and it was equally amazing in my crock pot soup recipe. After 6 hours in the crockpot, these noodles were not soggy. Amazing!

It held up in the sauce, and didn't break into small pieces. I put it in the fridge to see how it would do as leftovers. I would not recommend doing that. Make what you can eat, and no more. The pasta doesn't hold well as a leftover.

We are pasta lovers in my household, and we were excited to give this one a try. I have never heard of this brand but I liked the packaging. I also liked the fact that it is high in protein. It says it is made in Italy, which makes it more authentic. I thought it was delicious, easy to prepare. This will definitely become a staple in my household.

I didn't notice any difference between this pasta and my usual brand. I thought that it had a good taste. It even tasted great the next day left over. I may buy this again.

I usually feel like pasta isn't something that's "good" for me. I can enjoy this guilt free and actually add to my health.

The shape of the pasta is key for purchase, as i make most of the pasta we eat except for what we call the "fun shapes" I enjoy the fact that there are attempts to make store bought pasta more beneficial top the health of people since it is such a comfort food. This pasta was good. it bioled well, it was a little more expensive than i would like to spend, and the texture was a bit off for me, but no bad. It was just different.
