I really liked this pasta. The taste and texture of it were very similar to regular pasta and it was nice to get the extra protein. It's also is a pretty good price and seemed to be great quality. I would definitely consider buying again whenever I am looking for protein pasta.

I have tried every high-protein, legume pasta out there and eat it often. This is by far the best I have ever had. It is also the first product I have seen that is also bronze-cut, which is the BEST type of noodle. After trying bronze-cut pasta, you will never want to go back to regular. It holds the sauce better and a much better texture overall. I'm so happy there is a product that contains 2 of my favorite things now! I will be purchasing this frequently.
