Brami fusilli was delicious. It seemed even easier to cook than other pasta since it didn't bubble over the top of the cooker nor did it really need to be stirred or stick to the bottom. I really enjoyed the texture as it was softer than other pasta. The taste was as expected; it was delicious as any wheat pasta.

This is an excellent product that cooks quick, easy to eat and is very high in protein for what it is. An excellent replacement for refined flour pastas. It is on the pricier side so it's hard to eat it consistently. If you can catch it on sale then it's totally worth it.

It definitely had a whole wheat taste with a bit of a bitter aftertaste but the marinara sauce helped cover that up. The pasta cooked quickly and had a good texture. The whole family liked the texture. My only real complaint was the texture of the naked noodle after it was cooked. It was gooey for lack of a better term.

I really liked the taste and texture of Brami protein pasta!! I've tried other protein pasta like chickpea pasta before and this was much better! I made it with red sauce and chicken sausage and it tasted just like regular pasta but with a little extra chew and lot extra protein.

I made this pasta simply with Parmesan and it was very flavorful, not too heavy. Who likes to eat pasta and feel she needs to roll away from the table feeling too full and bloated like Violet Beauregard? Not with this pasta. And I loved that something so simple had extra protein.

I love that this product has so much more protein than regular pasta. It tastes really good, and it holds up well even when reheated. I find with most "more nutritious" pasta replacements, they can get mooshy- but these did not! I will be buying again,

Adding pasta sauce to the noodles took them to the next level because the sauce got into every ridge of the noodle. I love that! It makes the dish more enjoyable because every bite has the tastes the same.
