This was very good. It cooked really well and seemed to take about the same amount of time as any other pasta of this type. I don't really know if I noticed if it had any more fiber than any other pasta I've had, but it did seem more hearty than my usual pasta, if that makes sense. Maybe that is from the Lupini beans that are also in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pasta is really nice! I like having another way to add protein to my meals. When you make it be sure to pull it as soon as it is al dente. If you overcook it, the texture changes from normal pasta to gritty mush.

Went well with a bolognese sauce, but I'm sure it'd go well with anything! Love that there's extra protein in the pasta to make a very filling meal.

I was pleasantly surprised with the protein pasta. I have had different protein pasta a few times. and it wasn't good, hardy eatable.. and this one is one of the few that you can tolerate the taste and doesn't taste off, would defiantly consider buying it later and recommend to my friends

It's made from beans and is firmer than whole wheat pastas so it doesn't turn mushy in sauces. I found it more filling than my normal pasta so that's good since I'm trying to cut back on those

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first try at Brami Italian Protein Pasta. I love that this pasta is made in Italy and leaves you feeling less bloated after sometimes having a pasta dish. This pasta is very tasty and high quality!

This was almost indistinguishable from regular pasta, but even better because it had a little more thickness to the noodles (pretty small difference, so if that maybe turns you off most likely you wouldn't notice it) but it felt like it was more enjoyable than regular pasta for me. Will look for it in my future shopping trips

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I noticed that it had durum wheat, which I always understood was the difference between Italian pasta and pasta in the U.S. And there are no gluten. I cooked it al dented. It was tasty, and it held up to the thick sauce that I made, and it was loaded with fiber and protein. I enjoyed it and would order this again.
