I didn't have high expectations before purchasing this product. I thought this pasta would taste dry as it's healthy. To my surprise, I really liked it. It tasted fine. I also felt good knowing this product is healthier than the ones I have been eating!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to make a batch of macaroni and cheese for a human service organization helping people on the fringes. Set aside a small amount for myself. It cooked up fine, and at the end of the afternoon, all servings were gone!

The pasta is amazing. It has the perfect Carats and texture. The added protein is a huge benefits but doesn't take away from texture and flavor at all. Great for pasta salad and cooked pasta dishes. Probably requires more salt than other pasta but so great!

So when given the opportunity to try I thought why not. I was presently surprised by how well it cooked up and it tastes good. I will be adding it to my regular shopping list. I would recommend this to my friends and family. I can't wait to try the spaghetti next.

I made a pasta salad with this yesterday. It had a nice chew, tender, but still firm. It held its shape well, and held dressing too. The flavor was nice, and a great accompaniment to the veggies I added to my salad. There was a pleasant mild nuttiness to thr pasta which I loved. Added bonus that there was added protein! Yay!

The product had all the right ingredients (lupini beans) so I was anxious to try because I love pasta (I'm Italian). I made the pasta for use in a cold pasta salad and it tasted just like normal pasta even though it was made with nutrient packed beans. I thought it even tasted a little better and it was easy to get that al dente texture that is a must.

It's sometimes a struggle to get protein into my Childress' diet so I will add this to my regular shopping list.

The texture is pretty similar to other pasta noodles but just try not to overcook it. Flavor is really good. I'm happy with this product and will purchase again.

As someone who eats a mostly vegan diet, I'm always looking for ways to incorporate more protein when it comes to meals I can make quickly. I love that this is just two ingredients, and I was honestly really surprised by how much I enjoyed the taste and texture. A great way of getting in that extra nutrition without sacrificing anything
