I guess the fact that I like about this pasta is the protein and natural fiber content. 21 g protein and 9 g of natural fiber is very significant. The time to cook the pasta to El Dante level was a bit comparatively lower than other brands, which may have drastically changed the texture of pasta. I cooked this pasta with Alfred sauce and the texture of pasta made Alfredo sauce to stick to pasta really nice. It was holding a sauce with it that I liked.

I am so excited about this product! It is so nice to have a pasta made with only two ingredients, and they are ingredients that I know and understand. We are trying to live a healthier lifestyle and this pasta fits right in. I just wish more varieties were offered at my local store.

How wonderful to have a pasta that has a great protein count without disturbing the texture or flavor of the pasta. Brami will be my new go-to brand! I love the bronze cut that make my sauces stick to the pasta. Nice packaging with nutrition details right up front. It is not over-priced in comparison to similar products which is a great attribute.

All I can say is WOW when I talk about Brami protein pasta! Like who would have thought pasta could contain so much protein per serving! I work out every single day and am always looking for good sources of protein well lo and behold I found it! This stuff tastes great too! I highly recommend!

I think this pasta would be tasty served cold with vegetables as well. It's a bonus that this pasta is a product of Italy.

I've tried a variety of protein-rich pasta alternatives that are better for the body and these Brami Fusilli noodles are absolutely among the best. The nutritional breakdown is excellent and the taste is clean and tasty without the disappointing aftertaste that other brands can have. Brami is definitely worth trying and incorporating into your dinner preparation cycle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a solid pasta. It has more of an al dente texture. I suppose it could be cooked longer than recommended to get a softer texture. My husband did comment that it tastes healthier, not necessarily in a good way, lol, but he was happy about the better nutrition profile than other pastas. I would get it again but perhaps try another shape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always buy fusilli. It's kind of expensive but I like it better than regular pasta. So this interested me but I was hesitant because it was wheat pasta. Surprisingly, it was really excellent and my family enjoyed it as much as I did.

I made the pasta with tomato sauce and it was just the way I expected it to me. The pasta was not gritty or sticky but just firm and soft like I want it to me. The taste is good but it was covered in sauce so I didn't taste the pasta on it's own. This brand is good and I would purchase it again when I need pasta next time.

Imagine an Italian dinner table full of hungry guests and a huge bowl of pasta on the table. (That's my family!) We eat pasta at least once a week and typically make it homemade or use a quality brand. I snuck this Brami fusilli in to a family meal and NO ONE could tell it wasn't our regular pasta. WIN! I loved the extra protein. I may buy this again if it goes on sale!
