I really enjoyed the Brami pasta. I got the fusilli and used it to make a greek pasta salad as part of a vegan meal plan. It had a great texture (which some protein pastas lack, especially when cold) and a satisfying taste. It really was an easy way to make a simple dish more filling.

Cooked pasta y boiling few minutes, then cover the pot with lid, let it sit into pot for 2-3 minutes. Afterwards the pasta was softened and it's perfect. I diced some Vadalli onion, tomatoes, and ground chicken meat, put into frying pan for 5-10 minutes. Finally put the cooked fusilli in, Wola, dinner is ready. It's hardy, meaty, healthy and easy. Love this pasta, so well made and so easy to be blended into a wonderful tasty meal.
