I boiled the pasta as instructed makes my sauce and chicken and dinner was done. My kids weren't a fan of the texture. I didn't mind it because I've had protein noodles before that kind of resembled the same texture. But wasn't a huge fan in our household.

I just wish that the price was a little more comparable with regular pasta (boxes are smaller than regular pasta boxes)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of protein packed pasta, and we have fallen in love with lentil-based pasta, so we were excited to try this. I also have gut issues with a lot of pastas these days (I think it has something to do with whether the grain was sprayed with glyphosate or something), I did not have any problems with this pasta. The pasta cooked up like normal (cooks slightly longer, maybe, but the fusilli is rather s a rather thick so it may just be due to the shape), and tasted like.... normal pasta. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't particularly great like some of the lentil pastas are, either. Overall it's a solid pasta and we'd have no problem eating it regularly, but we likely won't go out of our way or pay much extra to get it, either. This cut was a little thick for my tastes so I'd like other shape options.

Happy to say even my pickiest liked it he did say they tasted different but still liked them . That's a win and love that it has protein since sometimes my kids only want pasta for dinner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has alot more protein than your typical box of pasta. I would say it tastes like regular pasta vs. tasting like peas or plastic. Minimal ingredients which is also a plus. The texture works for me. Would buy this again
