I made a yummy pasta salad for a church potluck we had with it. It was very tasty, I was pleasantly surprised. Holds up better than regular pasta brands I believe.

Also, since getting higher amount of protein is the main reason to get this pasta, it feels much better to know not taking too much carb anyway.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pasta is fantastic. I love a good high protein, chickpea pasta. I made a marinara meat sauce and baked in the oven with mozzarella and cooked pasta. The kids didn't even know they were eating healthy pasta!

This is an excellent product that cooks quick, easy to eat and is very high in protein for what it is. An excellent replacement for refined flour pastas. It is on the pricier side so it's hard to eat it consistently. If you can catch it on sale then it's totally worth it.

It definitely had a whole wheat taste with a bit of a bitter aftertaste but the marinara sauce helped cover that up. The pasta cooked quickly and had a good texture. I like the fact that it has 21 grams of protein and it's made in Italy; that's a plus. It's only made with a few ingredients. I bought the Fusilli and made a salad with chicken and veggies. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who is tracking their macros and having a little bit difficulties, hitting their protein goal, and loves loves loves anything noodle or pasta based, this was a good product for me to try. I fell in love with that I make these for dinner when I'm too lazy to cook anything lol. I just cook it per the boxes instruction and mix it with marinara sauce and add cheese. It's pretty good and I couldn't tell that this was a healthy alternative.
