This pasta is wonderful. It has great texture and full flavored. I tried the fusilli and the grooves were great to capture the sauce. It cooked up perfect according to the instructions. I also really appreciate the additional protein content of this product. It helped keep me fuller with less portion.

Wow! Did we love these! We don't eat pasta often, but when we do it's because we need a quick meal, and we typically buy protein pasta such as chickpea or lentil bases. However, I loved that this was wheat and still had such a high protein content. It was very filling and tasted like the good old fashioned pasta I rarely get to eat anymore.

First I have to say that I love pasta! So I was so excited to try Brami pasta!! I love that the pasta didn't fall apart and it's full of protein and fiber. I also love that they use Italian wheat which makes the pasta taste so much better. Totally recommend!!

My family enjoyed the Brami fusilli pasta much more than other similar bean pastas that we've tried. It was easy to cook without it getting mushy. The texture holds up very well and takes on tomato sauce while still keeping some bite. The ingredients are also simple and wholesome. I will definitely buy again.

Held it's shape while cooking, if using in a hot dish I cooked it al dente, also did for pasta salad, which I made sure it was fully cooked, both worked out well with this product. I am a believer! Definitely a product that will totally replace other pastas.

I guess the fact that I like about this pasta is the protein and natural fiber content. 21 g protein and 9 g of natural fiber is very significant. The time to cook the pasta to El Dante level was a bit comparatively lower than other brands, which may have drastically changed the texture of pasta. I cooked this pasta with Alfred sauce and the texture of pasta made Alfredo sauce to stick to pasta really nice. It was holding a sauce with it that I liked.
