I was very nervous about trying the protein pasta but this was so good. the texture was normal they did not get super mushy.

Better than most protein pasta. Boil it more al dente to get the familiar pasta texture that some chickpea/duurum pastas lack

As an alternative to regular pasta I found this to be a very choice. Cooked well, didn’t fall apart. Had good texture and absorbed sauce well.

This pasta is so good….super healthy…but taste like regular pasta….this will def be my go to for pasta!!! JUST BUY YOU WONT REGRET!!!!

The texture and the flavor was honestly pretty decent. I was hesitant at first, but now I’ll for sure purchase them more often.
