I love the firm tender texture. I wanted healthy noodles, not wasted calories. When stored property, the leftovers are terrific for several days.

Better than most protein pasta. Boil it more al dente to get the familiar pasta texture that some chickpea/duurum pastas lack

I stopped eating healthy pasta a while ago. It just never lived up to the real thing. But then on the recommendation of a friend, I tried this Fusilli from Brami. I was blown away. It has: - same nutritionals as other healthy pastas - way better taste - and somehow wins on price too! I actually think it tastes better than some of the traditional pastas. This is my new go-to. I eat it at least once a week. Highly recommend!

This pasta was easy to cook and tasted wonderful. I like that it has great health benefits (lots of protein fiber) but actually tasted like regular pasta. The price point is also great and would make for an easy swap in my home as opposed to traditional pasta. I will be purchasing again and definitely would recommend trying it out!
