My family tried the Brami Fusilli pasta. I like that it is made with a mixture of real Italian wheat and lupini beans. The extra protein and fiber makes this a healthier pasta option. My family liked the overall savory flavor and texture of the a pasta. The fusilli shape makes it easy for the sauce to stick to which made each bite more flavorful. The cooking instructions were easy to follow and I think this pasta will make a lot of great dishes! I would definitely pick this up again.

I was fine with it but my husband thought the texture was too firm. I cooked it as per box instructions but it did seem a little thick and chewy compared to typical pasta. I love that these are wheat and they have 21 g of protein. The noodles cook really well and stayed firm after boiling, unlike some other protein pasta i have tried in the past. I made it with a simple red meat sauce and it was the perfect easy dinner, done in less than 20 minutes. Definitely would buy this again as its one of the cheaper protein pastas available.
