It was all delicious and I'll definitely buy it again if it's on sale (unfortunately price does matter). But as a vegan, it's really nice having additional sources of protein!

I just ate a bowl of Brami fusilli pasta with Born Simple Tomato Basil pasta sauce. I boiled it at the low end of the recommended time range. First, I want to mention that I liked the springy texture of this pasta. It really held its shape even after being boiled and salted. The pasta certainly tasted different than traditional pasta in that it had a very slightly pungent flavor on the back end. When you eat this pasta, the water needs to be well salted or the mid ranges of the flavor will be flat. Before eating this, I was worried that I'd feel too full or I'd feel nauseated because I'd also had (traditional) pasta at lunch, but I felt full in a good, level way that didn't lead me to a carb crash.

I made the pasta with tomato sauce and it was just the way I expected it to me. The pasta was not gritty or sticky but just firm and soft like I want it to me. The taste is good but it was covered in sauce so I didn't taste the pasta on it's own. This brand is good and I would purchase it again when I need pasta next time.

I'm trying to reduce my carb intake and up my fiber and protein intake, but I LOVE pasta. I served with red sauce and thought this was great - the texture was on point and did not get gummy like I have experienced with some other protein pastas. The taste was great and was such a close sub to regular pasta.

It doesn't have as huge of a gap in taste between regular pasta and healthy pasta. I recommend it to people who are interested in keeping a tighter waistline while not sacrificing taste

I paired it with a vegan sausage and salsa macha oil. It was delicious. The texture was good and it didn't overcook. I would recommend it to family and friends.

I give it only 4 stars because there was a slight aftertaste I didn't care for, and I have had better protein/fiber forward pastas than this brand.

This is the first time I've eaten this pasta brand, and it won't be the last. I especially like the fact it's packed with protein. As I'm vigorously weight-training these days to put on more muscle mass, the more protein, the better. And not only is this pasta a healthier option, it tastes great too!
