I did not try this pasta yet but wow! Such great first impressions! I love that this is made in Italy, makes it feel and most likely taste more authentic! The packaging is great, and there is such an awesome amount of fiber and protein! This would be a great food for any person wanting extra fiber and protein. This is sooooo awesome!!! I really liked the taste and texture of Brami protein pasta!! I've tried other protein pasta like chickpea pasta before and this was much better! I made it with red sauce and chicken sausage and it tasted just like regular pasta but with a little extra chew and lot extra protein.

These are absolutely amazing! Great flavor plain or in sauce. I made these with a tiktok recipe using cream cheese , chicken broth and cream of chicken, onion soup pack and seasonings. It tastes so good. Even The noodles plain tastes like perfection!

But the size and packaging of this is great! I use about half a box and that makes enough for a kid.

However, I did like this pasta, and I couldn't really tell the difference between the Brami and other regular brands. My niece comes over a lot, and it will be nice to have this product since she avoids gluten. I will also consider buying it again for myself.
