The texture can never be duplicated (except with brown rice) when made with Semolina Wheat. Texture was just like traditional pasta as advertised. Bonus for high protein content.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried protein pasta for the first time. In my mind I thought protein pasta wouldn't taste that good compared to normal pasta but it was actually good. You won't know if you didn't tell. It was better than I was expecting and I liked it.

I'm a huge fan!! I loved the texture and firmness of the noodles - they didn't fall apart like many other 'healthy alternative' pastas do! I though the taste was on par with a regular noodle and these kept me very full for many hours due to the high protein content from the beans!!

I am always trying to sneak extra protein into my kids' diets, and the Brami protein pasta is a great way to do just that! My kids loved it just like they do regular pasta, and both finished their meals without any complaints, asking for seconds! This is an easy swap out for my regular pasta purchase that I will definitely be making on future grocery shopping trips.

Good flavor that works with different sauces/ingredients and has a good al dente texture without being too dense or gummy. I appreciate the added protein and high quality ingredients.

The pasta is amazing. It has the perfect Carats and texture. The added protein is a huge benefits but doesn't take away from texture and flavor at all. Great for pasta salad and cooked pasta dishes. Probably requires more salt than other pasta but so great!

So when given the opportunity to try I thought why not. I was presently surprised by how well it cooked up and it tastes good. I will be adding it to my regular shopping list. I would recommend this to my friends and family. I can't wait to try the spaghetti next.
