As an alternative to regular pasta I found this to be a very choice. Cooked well, didn’t fall apart. Had good texture and absorbed sauce well.

Tastes exactly like regular noodles but healthier, cleaner and with protein. Don't listen to the negative reviews! I am so glad I got this!

The best protein pasta I’ve tasted. If cooked longer than recommended the texture is the same as regular pasta
