Our family vegan requests Brami protein pasta by name. Vegan 5 years. Also this product was approved by our dietician / nutritionist.

As an alternative to regular pasta I found this to be a very choice. Cooked well, didn’t fall apart. Had good texture and absorbed sauce well.

Better than most protein pasta. Boil it more al dente to get the familiar pasta texture that some chickpea/duurum pastas lack

I loved how good it tastes without falling apart when it cools like other brands. And it was easier to cook.

I was surprised how tasty this high protein pasta was. They had a good texture and tasted good even in a light brothy sauce.

I was very nervous about trying the protein pasta but this was so good. the texture was normal they did not get super mushy.

Not exactly like regular pasta but, I liked it! It had a good texture and bite to it, quite like any other pasta. My new ‘go to’
