We had a pillow top mattress and had it less than a year before it dipped and gave us horrible back pain. We decided to pull the trigger and take the "risk" of buying a mattress we had never tried. (no risk really since you can return and get your full money back) We got it in and were so excited! My husband loved it immediately but it took me a week or so to get used to it. Try it for the full 30 days before you decide if you don't like it. I was used to sinking into a mattress but that's really not what you want. It is supportive to every part of your body and we now wake up feeling refreshed every morning and back pain is a thing of the past! We will NEVER go back to anything but Purple again!

I am one to want to really take care of my body, it is for this reason that I have jumped for mattress to mattress in search for that perfect one. If I'm being honest here I didn't trust purple, I thought it couldn't be that good, is an internet product, c'mon yet I couldn't be any more wrong about it, purple it is indeed the perfect mattress.

I bought this mattress with the hopes that it would help me sleep cooler. Unfortunately it still heats up like other foam beds. It may take a little longer to get hot but it still traps body heat and I still wake up sweating. I had high hopes but sadly I am disappointed.

I am thrilled this bed is out to by for the average guy like me it's not super expensive and it is a great night sleep I bought a bed, protector, and base. Afew months later I bought another bed, base, protector, and sheets for both beds and I love all of the products including the free pillow and seat cushion with each order I sleep harder and get to rem sleep faster and fell relaxed and ready to go when I wake up each morning I suggest this product and time this conversation comes up and so far 3 people I know have bought it and loved it as well try it out it's well worth a try

My wife and I wanted to love the Purple mattress, but it was too firm for our sleeping tastes. It did sleep very cool compared to our prior bed, so that's a plus. I am giving a good rating due to the ease the company made in returning the mattress and refunding my purchase price. The mattress gives plenty of support, but we like a bit softer one. I see now they offer 3 versions, one of which may have worked for us, but we got the "old" style and have since moved on to another bed.

I have had my king size Purple mattress for 2 months and am happy with it. The first week or two it felt too hard and I was cold as I was used to a soft, saggy old mattress and being hot. I did get used to the hardness and coolness after a few weeks and am now sleeping better than I have in ages. My back and hips feel were killing me every morning with my old mattress and I am feeling so much better now. I don't feel my husband moving around anymore as the Purple mattress is so much more quiet and still.

We love our mattress. It did not take 100 nights to decide that. I very much appreciate the uniform support that the mattress provides. I have low blood pressure and a low resting heart rate, which in the past has meant that I develop aches in the area of my body where my weight was bearing the night before, specifically chest, shoulders, and back (I think because of poor blood flow to pressure points). That is not happening on my Purple mattress, which has given me a little more freedom regarding sleeping positions I can take that don't hurt the next day. I have still been having some problems with neck and shoulders, but I fault my non-Purple pillow. For several nights now, I have been sleeping with just the mattress and no pillow, and that has been better for my neck! I saw the Purple pillow at the Purple plant in Alpine, and it seems too tall for my taste, but the mattress has been so satisfactory, I will be buying the pillow soon to try. My wife has also found the mattress to be comfortable. She is 6 months pregnant, and she says she can lay on her stomach on our Purple mattress and sleep. Thanks!

This is probably a strange review, but worth sharing to highlight why I recommend folks give this mattress a try. For starters, the mattress is incredibly comfortable. As cliche as it sounds, it is the right mix of soft and firm. I've tried memory foam mattresses, but I like to keep my home cool, so those tended to be slabs of marble when you first lie down on them; not so with the Purple mattress. Neither does it overheat, which is very important to me. I very highly recommend trying this out. That said, it's not for everyone. I have a bad back due to an injury, and pretty much no mattress I've slept on for the last 10 years has helped. Unfortunately, the Purple mattress--as comfortable and supportive as it is--fared no better, so I am having to return it. I want to stress: This is just because of my specific injury, and not a problem with the mattress; as I said, it is incredibly comfy and I highly recommend it! When I contacted customer service, they could not have been friendlier and more helpful. The return process is incredibly easy and even helps someone in need! tl;dr The mattress is fantastic, and I highly recommend trying it. Even if it doesn't work out for you, the company is a pleasure to deal with, and the mattress goes to help someone else. There's absolutely no downside here.

The Purple was easy to order and the mattress itself is AMAZING, after a couple of weeks (my husband already had one, and finally sold me). I didn't give it 5 stars because the shipping emails weren't consistent with the actual tracking, and because my mattress and the protector/sheets were not shipped together. I received the mattress 2 days after the email indicated, and the accessories 4 days later than indicated (and 3 days after my mattress arrived). Other than the shipping issues, which are certainly not a deal-breaker, this was a 5-star experience, and 5-star product.

The mattress is a bit underwhelming. I will say that once you lay flat it is comfortable, but much thinner than the Temporpedic I had and no more comfortable. The sheets, yeah no go. Too heavy, hot and so stretchy, that you get tangled in them. However my biggest complaint is the wealk sales system. You're quick to process the money but honestly poor at delivery, as compared to others. The website only shows order is being processed for quite a long time vs giving updates. I only got a status change once it was delivered. And my whole order didn't come together, I had to wait longer than a week to get the upsold sheets to it. So decent mattress that I won't buy again, and poor delivery and communication. Here a hint, stop placing that " it was worth the wait" review on the order status page... it's insulting.
