To start, this review is phrased as "we want your honest opinion" instead of "can you write a review of how much you love your mattress", which means they have high standard of quality and customer experience. Side sleeper and I have yet to wake up with an arm or hand asleep from being under my pillow or head all night. I definitely sleep better and the mattress has no pressure points. The benefit I wasn't really interested in or realize how much I would love is the temperature management. It's always the right temperature at any time. Another side benefit is we fall asleep and wake up in the same position. No more midnight wake ups for stolen blankets from tossing and turning all night. I would love to try out the 4" purple grid, but I'm way happy with just the 2" grid and don't want to go through the shipping/return stuff just to try it out.

Here's my experience. The delivery was simple and easy to manage. When trying to figure out how to remove the mattress from the bag it was in we tried to slide the mattress out of the bag only to find the knife and instructions or halfway inside where you couldn't reach them when first opening. Second the advertisement Offered a free pillow was my purchase that didn't show up. I did send an email and the pillow was sent out shortly after but I did have to call. I love the product. I just removed my mattress and placed the purple mattress on top of my two boxsprings they were part of my king mattress set I've replaced with the purple mattress. Very heavy to set up mattress and it unrolled with the silver side up. Needed a neighbors help to turn it over. Do like the mattress but it is a little high for short wife. Love the bottom fitted sheet but get twisted in the top sheet because it is so stretchy.

Make sure you go ahead and order the Purple sheets when you get this mattress. You really sink into the bed a lot better and you can feel it cradling your pressure points. My husband likes a firm bed and I like a super soft bed. Purple works for both of us and we've never slept better. If he wakes up in the middle of the night, I don't even feel him move. At the same time, the bed has great bounce, which is good for sexy time. (; Purple isn't hot, either. Most cozy beds hold a lot of heat, but not Purple. This mattress is good. Don't hesitate. Try it!

We have had the purple mattress since about the middle of March. It is a comfortable mattress. It has no signs of losing shape or any wear and is keeping its form. The only negative thing I could say about it is (and it's really not negative) is that I am a larger guy and it does seem like it bottoms out I guess you could say. As in a larger person would feel the box spring or whatever foundation you may have when turning over sitting up on the bed. And most sheets fit on average from mattresses 15" to 18" deep and being that it is only 10" it causes a lot of wrinkles and rolled up sheets underneath you and if you are like me it can get uncomfortable. Other than that I think it's a good choice over the other competitors out there. Purple seems to know what they are doing. I recommend it to anyone in the market for a new mattress. Not to firm and not to soft. Just right.

Bought an Purple 2 one year ago to put in our snowbird home only have used for 6 months. This bed feels like we are on a board. Way to hard. Both of us are having sore hips, backs, shoulders due to this bed. The fancy expensive sheets made for this bed are pilling. Dont know what we are going to do with this mattress.

I have now enjoyed my Purple mattress for 6 months and I love waking up with no pain and feeling extremely well rested! I love to travel, and I wish that hotels would use Purple mattresses. As much fun as I have on my travels, I hate sleeping on a regular mattress now....I completely can tell the difference and I am very spoiled!! I am 5'1" and previously I would have told you I prefer a soft mattress, so I was nervous about getting a Purple, but I actually love it!! It is supportive without feeling too firm...it is totally different than anything else I have ever experienced. You should take the chance and try it out, I don't regret taking the chance at all and my back, hips and shoulders are pain free!

Originally bought a Casper while it was a quality mattress it was too firm for both of us, lasted 30days. Decided on Purple, CR rated as a softer alternative in their write up, also check online for other reviews. Let me say I brought it upstairs alone, not recommended but can be done. The bag will beat the box everyday. Unpacking was a breeze, followed You tube instructions, last but not least, have had my mattress for a little more than 2 months, did not want to be hasty in writing a review. This mattress delivers... I'm a combo sleeper, my wife is side, I have not heard a complaint since we purchased it out of her. It does not sleep hot, my old original mattress did and cost twice as much. I am totally satisfied, and I am considering upgrading in the future for our 2nd bedroom. I have highly recommended this mattress to several friends and family members and I recommend that you give it a try, what have you got to lose but another sleepless night

The Purple bed is comfortable and firm. At first, we thought it was just another temper pedic but it really does push back and remain firm. The 4 star rating is because the delivery was not within web site timeframe due to a factory issue We feel in the future, we will replace any existing mattresses with Purple.

I just bought a third bed. We are replacing every bed with the Purple bed. I started out trying it a few years ago. Then purchased one for my son and daughter who both needed a new bed. Next is the guest room (lucky guests!!). I love vacations but I always look forward to coming back home and sleeping on my purple bed. THE BEST MATTRESS ever! I will never purchase another mattress ever!
