I suffered a debilitating car accident which has left me with titanium in every joint. Since 2001 I have slept on avg 4-5 of interrupted sleep. In the week I've had my Purple I sleep thru the night. Don't toss and turn and wake up lacking the constant aches and pains in my joints that were a regular part of my life. Thanks Purple!!!

I have always wanted a purple mattress and when I found out you could finance, it was a no brainer. Their marketing is what really sparked my interest. When you first lay down you can immediately feel the material cradle your body and when you wake up, it's the best feeling. My girlfriend and I used to sleep on a queen with a foam mattress topper and we used to love the foam. That mattress is in the guest room now and when we lay down on that to compare, it feels like we were sleeping on a rock all last year. Purple mattress is definitely worth the investment. P.S: Get the King Size. P.P.S: my girlfriend sleeps very hot and she says she's no longer waking up in the middle of the night because she is too hot. Get the Purple mattress.

I'm not gonna lie, I was super nervous about getting a bed I couldn't try in a store. I did a lot of research, and all I got was how amazing this bed was. THEY WERE NOT WRONG! I have been sleeping like a baby since day 1! I will recommend this bed to anyone looking. Super high quality, and an awesome night of sleep, I have never been so in love with a matress!

I bought a new house and I decided I would upgrade from a full sized to a queen sized mattress. I'm keeping my full sized Purple mattress for the other bedroom. I've been sleeping on a Purple for the past 3 years, and I'll never go back to an ordinary mattress.

First off, the mattress feels great. All pressure points are gone, neck pain is reduced, and my wife sleeps through the night even though I still roll around. You NEED to have someone carry it with you. It is very dense and heavy, but not impossible to move. It opens very easily if you follow the instructions, just make sure you have it in the location you want - it's pretty hard to move later. It really is ready to go within minutes of unwrapping. Even with it on the floor, we could tell the difference. The Purple gel cushions you and eliminates pressure points. I have even stopped using a pillow because there is so much support. The foam could even be a little thinner, but there is a lot more room to absorb and shock. I don't necessarily sleep better yet, but I sleep deeper. My wife would wake up when I would roll over but now she sleeps through. Some have complained that "the gel doesn't go all the way to the edge," but a square mattress would be weird, so it really is fine. Maybe the foam could be a tiny bit softer, but it is good how it is. I can't imagine that the 10 year warranty will be an issue, but customer service was quick and courteous, so I would not expect that to be any difference. Great mattress, but you can't move it by yourself. Feels like quality!

My partner loved this mattress; he is a back and stomach sleeper. I hated it and I don't understand how other side sleepers are giving this positive reviews. I would wake up throughout the night with shoulder pain or my arms numb. I rated this a three because while I did not like the mattress, he loved it and is bummed that we are returning it.

LOVE our new mattress. Is a total revelation not to be in pain lying down & achy every morning. Either my arthritis isn't as bad as I thought or the mattress supports in a way that reduces/alleviates pressure and pain. Very, very happy with this purchase.

I've been researching to buy a bed for some time since my old pillow top bed was way overdue to be replaced. I actually slept in every other room other than my bedroom simply because I didn't want to wake up with lower back pain. I've spent a lot of time researching and going to mattress stores in search of a new bed. I knew I was going to buy a bed in a bed mattress but needed to determine what type of mattress to get. I've looked at so many mattress to include tuft n needle, amerisleep, sealy cocoon, nectar, bear, ghostbed, Casper etc. I'm a combo sleeper (back/side) and do not like to sleep hot. I have slept on memory foam and pocket coil mattresses which I have in my other bedrooms. I enjoyed the pocket cool mattress for the back support and coolness however I did not have as much support for my shoulder when I slept on my side. I enjoyed the comfort and support of the memory foam mattress however I did notice it was slightly harder to move around and slept a little warmer than the pocket coil. During my research, I came across purple and noticed it appeared to sleep cool, was responsive, and still offered support. One of my biggest concerns is sleeping cool as the summer months get extremely hot and sleeping cool is extremely important (my last bed, a pillow top, slept extremely warm). One thing that helped push my decision was watching a video on the purple mattress where they used a pressure mat to show where the support was. There was a big difference in pressure relief compared to some of the other mattresses I was looking it. I have read mixed reviews on the purple but after all my research, I decided to pull the plug and get one since after all I could return it if I didn't like it. After getting bed and lying on it, I noticed it was responsive yet supportive. When I laid on my back, I felt as if I was floating on the mattress however when I turned to my side, I sank in a litttle and felt support in my hips and shoulder. For about the first week and a half, my wife and I woke up with slight back pain and I was extremely disappointed because I thought I really wanted to love this mattress. I told myself I needed more time to get used to this mattress and I was right. I absolutely love this mattress and I have gotten probably the best quality of sleep I've had in many years. I literally dream every night which was unheard of with my old mattress. It sleeps extremely cool for which I am very happy. The only downside I would say is that I wish there was a little more shoulder support when I sleep on my side however I still sleep great (I didn't want to spend a lot more $ on the newer purple mattresses which are very expensive). Overall extremely pleased with my purchase and I would definitely recommend giving this mattress a try.

I first tried a casper mattress and it left my wife with some serious hip pain. She said the casper was better than our 10 year old Simmons. I decided since casper and people gave us a 100 day trial, I ordered the purple around day 30 since the casper seemed to be giving my wife issues. Within one or two nights on purple, my wife's hip soreness was gone. I weigh 270 and I don't notice a major difference in comfort between the 2 mattresses. My theory is that I don't get the same benefit of the top layer that lighter sleepers might get. I would be interested in different recommended thicknesses of the top layer based on weight. Overall very satisfied with this purchase. It is appropriately priced. I don't think it is a tempurpedic replacement, but it's a good midline option.

Who knew science could be so comfortable. This was the first mattress I've owned that costs more than $250, so my inexperience may make me a bit biased. That being said, I can't remember falling asleep last night, or the night before, or since I've had my Purple mattress honestly. I lay down, get into a comfortable position, and before I know it my alarm is going off for me to wake up the next morning. It's as if I doze off before my mind can comprehend that I'm actually sleeping. I don't know how to describe it honestly except for it's the most amazing sleep I've ever had. The mattress is a pain to move around due to the lack of internal springs/structure but if that's what it costs to sleep like a king in a queen sized bed I'll take it.
