Delivery was painfully slow. Mattress is packed inside a duffel bag which was EXTREMELY heavy and difficult to bring inside and then take out of the bag since it only opens on one end. I have had CONSTANT lower back pain since I started sleeping on the mattress. I am leaning towards returning it but giving it a couple more weeks to see if the pain subsides. Overall NOT A PURPLE FAN, especially for the price they charge. I honestly expected a better night sleep and NO back pain.

I thought I was sleeping decent through the night but after I switched to the purple mattress I realized I wasn't sleeping as deep as I should have been. One of the most surprising things to me is how cool it sleeps, even with two people sleeping in it I didn't have any problems staying cooled off.

Outstanding product! Looked at a number of your competitors and went with Purple for a variety of reasons, replacing a top of the line Mattress Factory product with it. The very first night on the mattress and my lower back pain disappeared completely. We've had the mattress now 4 weeks and every night it is the same; a very good night's sleep with no back pain in the morning. To be clear, that result is a very big deal for me as I've dealt with poor sleep and back pain for years now with no solution. I loath traveling at this point because every night spent in a hotel (and I stay at very nice hotels) I return to tossing, turning and and waking up with back pain. Great product, well done. BTW, we bought the Purple cushion as well and it is a lifesaver at high school sporting events.

This is my 2nd Purple Mattress, the first one was very uncomfortable and hurt my back. This one the replacement, is better. I often times feel there is a sink spot from where I lay, but over time it does reform back to it's original shape. I Found that if I rotate my mattress often ( every 6 months) it will wear evening and not become uncomfortable. Overall, I am liking this mattress and would purchase from Purple again. Thanks for a great night sleep.

The purple mattress protector sucks it's poor quality!! My year old daughter slept on our bed the 1st 3 nights we had it she and accidentally leak through her diaper when she was sleeping we bought the protector to protect the bed from her leaking And it leaked right through the the bed protector why did we pay so much money for a protected from purple for our purple matters if it's not even gonna work

I like a firm mattress and when I first set this up on my bed, I was skeptical. I've really liked it so far and my back and neck pain instantly stopped once I started sleeping on this purple. I'll give it 5 stars once I've had it a little longer. I've only had it a few weeks so far.

this mattress is literally everything to me. At first, I wasn't really feeling it, and felt like I wasted my money; I kept tossing and turning at night and thought maybe the purple mattress just isn't for me. I remember one I literally could not sleep because of how uncomfortable I was and some pain in my back, but then I decided to just move my pillow to the side so that I was lying flat on my back, and I literally felt my tension spread out and ease, and I kid you not, I knocked out immediately. I couldn't do that with my old mattress, and it just feels like a huge relief every time I lay flat on the purple mattress. I honestly do recommend this mattress, especially since you can return it for your money back guaranteed if you didn't like it. I love it, and can't imagine sleeping on another mattress ever again.

I like that my purple mattress is firm but soft. It is keeping its shape for now. I paired my mattress with the plantation foundation. I ordered the mattress protector and their basic sheets to get the full long lasting experience. No complaints about my set, I hope it holds up for my husband and I because we both are in the 200+ club.

I moved to my girlfriend's house and her mattress was losing its form, without mentioning how hard it was. It is worth it to spend the money and get a nice comfortable bed, it really makes a difference. No matter how stressed out my day is I know as soon as I hit the bed I will sleep soundly and wake up refreshed! I am a side sleeper ad this is the first bed I have every had where I don't get those pain points in my hip and shoulder from laying on my side.
