I have been sleeping on this mattress for a month now and have truly felt a phenomenal difference versus the spring mattress I had been using before. I've been sleeping much better and waking up with way less back pain. I am beyond pleasantly surprised and I strongly suggest the mattress. We did get a free set of sheets with our purchase and to be honest, the sheets aren't my favorite, but the mattress is unreal.

I couldn't lie on my other bed for more than ten minutes without feeling back and hip pain, i'd wake up countless times throughout the night but I'd go right back to sleep so I just thought it was an age thing (im 43). Every morning i'd wake up with hip and back pain. As a 12 year veteran massage therapist I consider my self to be an expert in pain management. I'm in great shape and really don't ever hurt (except after lying on my bed, and don't think i'm old at all). This bed was awesome! no more pain at all and I sleep throughout the night, I love it!

I am now able to sleep thru the night. I don't wake up hurting and sore like I used to. My wife loves the mattress as well. Sleeping soundly is a wonderful blessing. Thanks to the Purple mattress we both resting so much better, or my Papaw used to say SAWING LOGS!

The mattress was quite easy to unroll, though I accidentally cut through the fabric when opening the plastic packaging. There was a strong smell upon opening, but it dissipated after two days of airing out. The sleeping experience is very nice; I have not experienced uncomfortable heat or sweat even on these past few hot nights, and I personally feel like the mattress supports me better than something firmer (though that may just be observational bias). The Purple Pillow is quite short, making it difficult for side sleeping, but I am managing by putting it on top of another pillow to give it extra height.

I've got hip issues and wide hips, that coupled with the fact that I'm a side sleeper means I'm often very uncomfortable in most beds. I fall asleep almost instantly on my purple mattress, and sleep through the night. I recommend getting a waterproof mattress topper. Recommend this to all my side sleeping friends

Being six months pregnant and sleeping on an old full sized bed, my husband and I knew it was time for an upgrade. Our previous bed was too soft and since I was confined to sleeping on my sides each night (normally I'm also a back sleeper) they would constantly go numb/ fall asleep, which was extremely uncomfortable. Since switching to the Purple, I haven't had this issue any more. It's a miracle! The Purple really does minimize the pressure points and allows for a comfortable snooze. Now if only the baby will let me sleep all through the night...

The husband and I needed to upgrade from a queen to a king mattress since our dogs were occupying quite a bit of space a night. After much research we decided to give the purple mattress a try, though it did worry us to make such a big purchase without being able to try it beforehand at a store. We went all out and purchased the purple 3 king, bed sheets, mattress protector, and 2 pillows. Boy what a difference! After setting it up we hopped right in and could immediately tell the difference in comfort. The mattress in combination with the pillow contoured perfectly to my body (I'm a side sleeper). Like any new mattress purchase it took a few days to completely adjust, but now I have the best sleep every night. I even find myself sleeping on my back sometimes, whereas on our old mattress it hurt my lower back to sleep in that position. It also keeps cool compared to the memory foam we had in the past. If you were somewhat skeptical like we were about buying a mattress without first trying it just go for it because you have 100 days to try it anyway! We have had this for a month now and I can tell you we don't plan on returning it. As a side note, one of our dogs has pretty bad arthritis. One day I decided to put the purple pillow next to his memory foam dog bed as a test, and he decided he liked the purple pillow. So there you have it, even the dog likes purple products! Now I'll have to buy him his own purple dog bed haha.

Its not memory foam so it doesn't have that sinking feeling. It has support for where you want it and is a brand new experience. If one of your friends gets one try it out for yourself to truly understand what I mean. Me and my wife have tried our best to break it in as much as possible but it holds strong. I will warn you to air it out the first day to get that odd smell out.

So I was diagnosed with scoliosis as a young child. I have spent more than two thirds of my life living with treatment, physical therapy, alternative therapies, trying gimics and endless amounts prescription pain meds. As an adult I have been diagnosed with degenerative arthritis, severe spondylitis and sciatica issues. Top all of that off with the fact the I spent a lot of time as cyclist, participation in roller derby and just an active person. I have known for some time that I would have to start being kinder to my body. Being able to rest and recover after events is crucial. December 2015, I had major spine surgery. 16 screws, 12 hooks and 4 titanium rods now connect from T8 to S1 (Google a spinal map for a better picture of what that looks like.). Having a solid, comfortable bed is tremendous. We have tried conventional sleep systems. They still required modifications for me. I started looking online. Like most people, the thought of buying a mattress sight unseen (especially with my issues) is just not going to happen. So I started researching. I looked at all of the 'internet' mattresses. Most did not answer any of my questions. The thought alone of being on a foam mattress made me sweat. Memory foam toppers are not only hot but they felt like I was laying wet sand. Nope, I needed to know more. I looked at real customer reviews online. I tried online chatting with representatives from the different online retailers. Not one had answers to my questions... except Purple. The others maybe had longer warranties or trial periods. Some cost more, some a little less. However, they couldn't or wouldn't answer my questions. Purple has been a straight shooter from the start. We received our Purple mattress about 50 days ago. We live in Texas and it was nearing the end of our triple digit summertime so I was concerned that first night about being too warm. We were both pleasantly surprised. Neither of us was warm and we both woke up snuggled under our blankets. For me and my pain issues, I slept well. Not just good or okay, but well. I have my good days and bad days still, but I feel rested and it is easier to wake up. So far so good. Now we have the big test... holidays with the inlaws. We were out of town for Thanksgiving. I had to sleep in a recliner for FOUR NIGHTS. I could not get comfortable on any of the guest beds or our expensive air mattress we bring with when we travel. Pain levels were very high. I could not wait to be home. After getting home, unloading, cleaning up and got ready just chill with a movie before bed time. I started the movie and crawled into bed. Within 15 minutes I was out cold. I woke this morning, rested. Still a little sore but rested and was able to start my day without having to hit the pain meds first. I have definitely missed my Purple sleeps. From their amazing customer service team (Travis is AWESOME!), highly hilarious marketing to just simply producing a quality product, I cannot recommend this mattress enough. I look forward to my continued healing and living my active lifestyle, knowing that I can truly rest and recharge in the supportive comfort of my Purple mattress. Thanks!

We really like our purple mattress. It does take some getting used too, its like a very firm memory foam mattress. Takes maybe 3 to 5 days to getused to it. Much less expensive then a memory foam mattress of equal size. Also, the dog rolled on it multiple times to show its approval (it has a double coat and didnt snuggle too much before this).
