Starting from the unpackaging, the whole Purple line exceeded my expectations. It's a dream everytime i sit or lay down in it. My sheets didnt come for a few days after I got my bed so I used my regular sheets at first and the experience got a lot better once the Purple sheets arrived. For anyone writing negative reviews about the bed while they're not using the sheets you should try it with the Purple sheets.

Ordered my mattress. Was promised that it would ship within 3 days. It did not ship for several weeks. Every time i checked they told me a different day. Then was told i was getting a special upgrade which was actually just the same mattress with a new cover that they had switched to but they made me think i was getting something special for the long wait. Customer service was friendly but never actually answered any questions. Always felt like i was getting the run around. Didn't get my free bedding as a promotion for several weeks after the bed came. Bed is ok but certainly not worth all the trouble. Wouldn't do it again.

I'm a morbidly obese 6'2" man and this bed just isn't for me. Now that being said every normal sized person that came over and tried it loved it. I think my weight 350lbs caused bunching and a lack of support. The beds are made extremely well, great presentation and wonderful customer support. I can't say how the return process is as so far we got an email and have yet to move forward from sending a response. It has been 3 days now without a response.

Arrived on time and well packaged. But we had ordered new bedroom furniture as well and that had not yet arrived, so we had to wait to set up the mattress. When we finally got to sleep on it...unbelievable!!! Well worth it! Best nights' sleep ever since!

It sleeps really cool, or neutral is a better description. I'm always cold and my partner is always hot and we were both comfortable on this mattress. I've had some back issues and they were better but still an issue so we returned the mattress. I'm kicking myself, because I think if I would have given myself more time, it would have been the perfect mattress. As it stands we ended up with another brand and I'm happy with it, but as soon as I can reasonably switch to a Purple, I will.

My husband and I love this bed. A little expensive but worth it. When all our friends hear we have a purple they wanna lay on it. Everyone says it's so comfortable and they're not lying. Truly the best night sleep my husband and I have ever gotten. He's a side sleeper and I'm a stomach sleeper, I was worried it wouldn't be comfortable for both of us. But it is totally amazing.

I purchased the purple mattress because my daughter has it and we were very comfortable sleeping on her bed. The mattress itself has been comfortable. However, a neighbor who also bought the purple mattress told me that purple was picking up their old mattress it not the box springs. I asked purple to pick up our old mattress and they said they don't do that. ??? Suggested I call the Salvation Army or 1-800 got junk. Why offer the service to some but not all?

My husband and I have been searching for a new mattress for a while. We were long overdue for a new one and our old mattress was causing us back pain. We had looked at several mattresses and tried out more than 100 in stores but none seemed to fit the bill. We both seemed to like different levels of softness/firmness and could not agree on a mattress. Buying a mattress online that I have never tested out in person was a big leap of faith for me but Purple has certainly been worth it. No more back pain. No tossing and turning all night. I wasn't sure this kind of sleep was possible. I have already recommended it to several friends and family members. The comfort and the cost make this one to try out!

wow, my purple mattress... everyone knows i love it. How? Because I can't seem to leave it! It is so comfortable I tend to sit on it just because I can! My roommates and friends like it too! The mattress molds to my body "if feels" and even when there is two people on a twin, it can still be comfortable. This mattress gives me the ability to lay in bed still on my back or toss around without any part of my body aching or going numb. I do get more restorative sleep and I wake up ready to open my eyes. This mattress makes waking up easy. The stand is squeaky, i would not recommend buying it. The mattress is as good if it's on the floor. However, if you live in a 10ft x 6ft room like I do, it is a good temp stand.

I bought a queen Hybid Purple mattress three years ago and love it. I needed a twin guest bed and ordered the Purple mattress and foundation. Everyone on the phone was helpful, website was easy and delivery to my remote mountain home was amazingly fast. Great directions and my 81 year old husband had an easy time setting it all up.
