I am an extremely hot sleeper and continuously wake up drenched in sweat I can honestly say that ever since sleeping on the Purple Mattress (with the Purple Sheets) I have not had one sweaty night! I have also had back surgery and still continue to suffer through back pains and this mattress has helped me sleep through the night with less pain. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and would recommend the Purple Mattress to anyone!

I have been sleeping on a subpar mattress for years and knew it was time to do something about it. I was a bit skeptical about ordering a mattress online, plus let's face it, it's weird to think it would be delivered rolled up in a tube... I am thrilled to say that it was totally worth the money and the self doubt that accompanies ordering a mattress online! No more aches in my back when I wake up, no more tossing and turning at night - job well done, Purple People!

After sleeping on the same spring mattress for 20 years I find the Purple mattress a joy, though it has taken a little time to get used to. I did notice an immediate relief in joint pain. The pain is still there, but I am not as sore in the mornings. One word of caution for those considering this mattress. It is heavy, so when you do order one plan on having several friends move it in to your house and set it up for you. My king size Purple mattress was a bear to get up the stairs, I am just glad I had a friend to help me. Again it is a great mattress and yes I would buy one again (though I plan to have more help next time ;-) )

I've only slept two nights on the mattress and it's taking a little getting used to. I've slept on a poor mattress most my life and I'm probably used to it. The base is surprisingly strong and the sheets feel amazing. I can't wait to spend more time with my mattress and get used to it.

Our first couple of weeks on our Purple mattress have been wonderful. I love that I can't tell when my husband turns over...no more waking up every time he moves! Our backs are feeling great...it is so comfy. We hope it feels just as good a year or two from now!

As the title states, it really is very sad that I am writing this review. I am 31 years old and I bought my Purple hybrid 2" mattress (I think it was called a Purple .2 back then) about 2 years ago. For the first year/year and a half, it was the best bed I ever slept on. I loved it. I consistently got great sleep, was very comfortable, and had no back pain. However, in the last 6 months, the bed has gotten quite a bit firmer and I wake up pretty consistently with back pain. I did a lot of research before I ended up purchasing a Purple mattress, and again, loved it at the start. However, 2 years in, I will have to look elsewhere for a mattress that will suit my needs.

Still adjusting to the mattress. Much firmer than I'm used to and being a stomach sleeper I was hoping my back issues would be alleviated. Definitely better but the real issue is that I sleep on my stomach and that is not the best position to sleep with back problems. I think I will be able to have a better evaluation once I've adjusted to the mattress since we've only had it two weeks

This is my second mattress with Purple. After getting a divorce I knew there was no other mattress I wanted. I didn't even go looking for a different one I just ordered Purple! You can't go wrong with a Purple. My now boyfriend said wow you didn't tell me the mattress hugged you!! Haha

It's hard to give a review after only a few weeks, but in general my back/lower back feels much better on the purple mattress. I'm still waking up stiff, but in a different manner and it feels corrective. Sleeping longer throughout the night. It's been an improvement from a normal spring mattress, for sure...

I got back surgery a few years back and due to that my back is very stiff. I'd been sleeping on a terrible mattress until I ordered the original purple mattress and it's been a blessing for me. It's so good for my back whether it's on my back or my side. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone in the market
