I've had the purple mattress for about a month and a half. I thought it was uncomfortable at first, but stuck with it based on the information that came with it saying it might take some time to adjust. Over the last week I've started waking up with back pain, which I've never experienced before. My activity tracker data shows that I slept better on my old bed, on two different hotel beds during recent trips, and on my couch.

Hi...I bought the purple 2,sheets and blanket. I also ordered the adjustable bed but had to cancel because they were a month out. I have back, neck and arthritis issues and a 270 sized person. The Purple ended up killing my lower back. I bought an adjustable frame from a local store. I would adjust the bed several times throughout the night due to pain waking me up. I dreaded going to bed every night but made myself give it a month break in. Im usually a back sleeper but I tried everything. I think it was just to soft for me. I really wanted this to work! I love things that are different....The return process was very simple and speedy enough. Purples customer service was probably the BEST Ive ever had to deal with from start to finish. I had an order issue but it was taken care of very efficiently and professionally. I was so happy with all interaction. The sheets are crazy awesome and the throw blanket was better than that. You will prolly never use another throw blanket if you like the super soft type. .....Bottom line is, Purple is for sure WORTH A TRY!....If in fact the bed works for your body, it will prolly be the best you will ever purchase....Good luck and I hope this helps. PS..I ended up buying The Dream Cloud and Im doing well but it does not have a plush top.

My first night on the Purple mattress was absolutely awful. I was coming from a pillow top with a 2 inch memory foam topper. It wasn't uncomfortable at first, but I woke up with a lot of back pain. Over the first week that pain gradually decreased until I sleep better now than I did then. Best of all, for me, is that my wife's chronic back pain from our other mattress has cleared up on the Purple. We both get a great night's sleep every night now. Thank you Purple!

I have been sleeping on this mattress for 30 days now, and it has been pretty good. All in all my back pain from other mattresses has been slowly dissipating, and I truly do not want to get up from my bed. This bed makes me want to sleep all day and never leave the house. (I wish!) I would rate this bed at a 8/10 simply because I wish it was softer, if you like soft beds this one is not it. Probably opt for the more expensive purple, it may be a bit softer. However, if you are a firm bed lover ( like my hubby) this bed is the choice for you. It is a little pricey, but in my opinion it is worth it. Also, if you are military, purple offers discounts, just verify your service. Not many people know about this, so just an FYI.

I spent over twice as much for an iComfort mattress, and then a Tempurpedic mattress. Still, woke up with terrible backache. I have 7 fused vertebraes and I'd pay anything for a bed that fit my needs. I went to my son's house and he had purchased a Purple bed. He let me sleep on it. I noticed the next day when I woke up I didn't have a backache! I thought maybe it was just a fluke. But decided to purchase my own Purple bed. I've had it 3 eeks now, and back feels AMAZING! I get up and there is no pain. I couldn't be happier. Finally found a bed that lived up to its advertising! So thank you so much!!

I've been having hip and shoulder pain the past year and woke up feeling worse and worse on our old pillow top mattress. How I'm feeling like this at the age of 28 I do not know..... Not to mention I woke up stuck to my partner from sinking into the middle and would have to crawl back to edge just to find myself in the middle again. We decided to make the change with purple and we are so thankful we did! I get so much more support on my side and no longer experience pain the morning after this first month. I'm no longer woke up from my partner coming to bed and stay put on my side. The mattress stays cool all night! I will say the more layers you add like the protective sheet and other sheets the less the top layer collapses where id like but still feel great the whole night. The sheets that came with the mattress are absolutely the way to go too. I've never felt sheets so soft and silky like theirs. So happy with our purchase and will not be searching for a better nights sleep again. Definitely replacing our guest bedroom mattress with the purple in the future.

I had been meaning to replace my mattress for several years but never got around to it until now because I assumed that the mattress I'd inherited from a friend with the very expensive memory foam topper that she'd added to it was probably more than fine. I also assumed that I was naturally a light sleeper - easily woken and wide awake anytime the dog shifted in his sleep. I was wrong on both counts. I had no idea how profound a change this mattress would bring - I'd never even thought that I wasn't sleeping well. With the purple mattress, I am sleeping more deeply and for longer periods than ever before. I legitimately think about this mattress while at work and look forward to sleep in on weekends. I still have at least a month left in my 100 night trial period and you can pry this mattress from my cold dead hands, Purple!

My fiance and I got the original Purple Mattress and we've never slept better. Love that it keeps you cool throughout the night and its the perfect balance between soft and hard. Forms completely to your sleeping style! Our next purchase will be the the Purple pillows!

I purchased a Queen mattress in 2016 and loved the mattress so much that when I moved I wanted to get a King for the master bedroom and move the queen to a guest room. I am not sure how I feel about the King as I am still getting used to it which I did not expect having already been a purple customer and absolute fan! It feels like the mattress has been changed or modified and I am giving it 30 days to see if I can adjust. The mattress I purchased in 2016 was much firmer and this one seems to be much less so. I Will write an update once the jury is in.

I absolutely loved the Youtube videos that you took the time to create to capture my attention. Who doesn't like baby bears and sleeping? That's all it took for me to go ahead and order the King size. My only regret was not listening to the tips that Purple provided upon moving this bed into your room. This is a HEAVY mattress and took me about 5 minutes to get this behemoth up three floors and into my bedroom. This bed has just the right amount of spring and cushion that I need and will be recommending this mattress and the Youtube video to all of my friends and family!
