After seeing Purple's genius marketing strategy for years, I finally caved in and put it on my credit card. I almost cried the first night because it was so stiff and uncomfortable. My friends knew not to say anything because they knew how much I have been waiting for this bed. After a week, I noticed that it was starting to feel how I expected it to. Three weeks in and everyone I know wants to sleep in this bed. Who would have though that putting "I own a purple mattress" on tinder would have all the guys flocking. Just kidding I wish I had that kind of game.

So we really wanted to love the Purple mattress but ended up having to return. The reasons I give 5 stars: 1) I really do think it's a great mattress and you should try it. If it's not perfect, there's absolutely no problem getting your refund. 2) I've never dealt with better customer service. Seriously. Not a perfect fit? Literally no problem.

I got this mattress about a month ago and am very pleased with it so far. I was using a temperpedic that was about 20 years old and had liked it but if this mattress lasts as long as that one did I will be very pleased as this purple mattress is more comfortable than the temperpedic was. I also got the purple pillow and that added greatly to my comfort. I have fibromyalgia along with some other health problems and am now sleeping the best I have in years with the mattress and pillow combination. I absolutely love them both along with the comfy sheets I purchased. I wanted the whole set so I could really test out the purple products and love everything I have got. The mattress protector is not as great as it does seem to warm up the mattress for me and takes away some of the comfort but everything else is GREAT. I hope they last a long time and for the price, they are a great buy. I also got the chair cushion and that is helping me when at my desk plus it doesn't slip around like some other cushions. Keep up the good work of making America comfortable.

We've had the mattress (King size) for a few months now. I was skeptical because I could not go to a store and lay on it first. It's a pretty big leap of faith in this day and age to lay out that kind of cash on something you've not seen or felt. The mattress is similar in comparison to memory foam mattress, but it is not the same. You don't get hot laying on the mattress. Although very comfortable, the next few days I woke up a little sore. I figured I was just adjusting to the new mattress. I absolutely love the mattress. I have adjusted and am not sore or hot. I'm very happy with this purchase and IF it ever wears out I plan on getting another. I'm glad I took the risk and bought it.

had it a week. thought it was good just having it on the floor. Then I built a frame based on purpl recomended support frame and WOW what a difference brought out its full potential. definitely have some kind of frame with the support they recomend. I have had back surgery years ago and have always woken up stiff and sore. I have not woken up a single morning stiff and sore since i got it!

I was hesitant about buying a mattress without having slept on it before. But went with it anyway. It arrived quickly and was easy to open up. We gave it a few hours to rise and then slept on it the same night. The standard smell that comes with memory foam/mattress toppers was definitely there but went away within 24-48 hours. We have now had our mattress for a month and it is HEAVENLY. Best night sleep every night. My partner has had chronic back pain and typically has flairs after sleeping in new places with different mattresses (hotels, friends homes, air bnbs, etc) but he has had NOTHING! No pain at all! I have recommended this mattress to multiple family members and I will continue to do so.

Our mattress was delivered in a timely manner even though it was a busy time of the year for retailers. Sleeping on this mattress has helped get rid of minor aches. We don't wake eachother up if one gets out of bed in the middle of the night. The only problem is you don't want to leave this bed!!! And neither do our dogs!!!

It's a great mattress, no doubt about that. However, I think it's easy for somebody that's going from a 10-year-old foam mattress to this to think that it's the best thing in the world. Wouldn't a brand new foam mattress also feel amazing? Definitely. The difference, however, is the material and support. All the claims they make is true. The mattress sleeps cooler, the feeling of full-body support is a great thing to get used to, and it really is like sleeping on a giant gel shoe insert. If you've never tried one of those things, that reference won't make any sense. I'm quite pleased though. It's good!

Easy to open & get in place. The first 3 or 4 nights it was great! Then I noticed when I came back & moved over a little there was a slight valley where I had previously slept...so I slept on the other side & then it seemed to have 2 valleys....so then I slept in the center. Not real happy about that. But overall comfort is good. Just wish you didn't have to keep moving to different places to get the even feel. I have a Kingsize....glad I sleep alone or it would be difficult to keep moving around.

I purchased the mattress, protector, and weighted blanket. The blanket was faulty and the warranty/return policy is poor. I am now stuck with a damaged blanket that cannot be used to no fault of my own, out the $200 + it cost me. I will never purchase from this company again and I suggest the same before investing your hard-earned money. Don't do it. I will also write reviews on several other platforms so that no one else wastes their money. I wouldn't even give it one star but had to in order for my review to be submitted.
