I purchased this mattress without even trying it at any local stores or anything. Actually friends of mine had went to try it and said that they didn't like the feel of the grid system well for me it was quite the opposite I went ahead and purchased the purple mattress and couldn't say anything bad about it I literally have slept like a baby ever since. Even at that I have a ruptured L5 in my lower back and this has made a massive difference in comfort and back support as well.

First night was really good. I am 21 and suffer from a few slipped disc in my back as well as arthritis and scoliosis. I haven't had a comfortable bed since I was 14. Every mattress I've had I also woke up with back pain. It was so often I actually got used to the back pain. We decided to for once go with a nice expensive mattress so we got the level 3 of purple (2nd softest) and I woke up this morning is very mild back pain. And I wasn't stiff at all. (I haven't woken up without severe back pain in 7 years!) We did get an adjustable base so we slept with zero gravity which I also think helped. We use hope this will last. I will update my review in a few months to see if it lasts.

I used to have so much trouble falling asleep and staying asleep; however, after purchasing The Purple Mattress, I sleep sound, wake refreshed, and feel better all day long! The mattress is on the firm side, but is seriously way more comfortable than I was expecting.

I don't usually write reviews, but I am so happy with this mattress I want to spread the joy. I have had the bed for almost a year. It truly is an advancement in rest body support. I have never experienced anything in my daily routine that brings me as much joy as going to bed on this thing. Seriously. A coworker recommended it to me, and my wife and I have been so happy with it. She used to have hip and back issues with our old traditional mattress - not with the purple mattress. I'm telling you, when you look forward to the nightly interaction between your body and your mattress, you know you have something special. We bought the mattress, 2 pillows, and the sheets for an rv trailer. I have recommended Purple products to everyone. I love the sheets so much I don't use any other sheets, I pick one day a week to take them to the laundry mat and wash them and put them right back on the mattress! I have gotten the best sleep that I've had in a while and I haven't had back pain like I had before this mattress! Love it!

Considered buying this two months ago. Came to this website once added it to my mental list of beds to look into more. Now for the last two months EVERY SINGLE AD on YouTube I get is a Purple mattress ad. For two months those have been my ads. The same 3 Purple mattress ads. I actually feel like I'm going crazy, I don't want to turn YouTube on. I have disliked the ads, I have reported as not interested and it still doesn't stop. Purple leave me alone, I have zero interest in any of your mattresses now!

We finally bit the bullet and got a new mattress. Purple has exceeded our expectations...it's awesome! It's soft yet supportive, quiet, and looks great. We are sleeping better with less aches and pains after just about a month. Would definitely recommend!

The mattress made my back and neck pain even worse. I was away for vacation and missed the return window by 5 days, I contacted customer service and they would not allow me to return the mattress. I would advise anyone that has any type of neck or back pain to stay away!!

As you may know, purple is not a cheap mattress, and you'll know why once you sleep in one. I'm 6'1 weight around 170lb and used to have lower back pain, I knew it was my mattress so I did my research for a week and came to the conclusion that purple was the best in the game! If you already thinking about dropping some $$$ I strongly suggest you consider purple mattresses.

What I wanted was a bed just as comfy, if not more, then my previous bed of a futon with a 6 inch memory foam mattress pad. I got exactly what I what I wanted. It's just as supportive as they, and it does wonders for my lower back and spine while I sleep. I can only give it four stars as I have had it for less than a month. But in my first few weeks, the bed functions exactly as advertised, and I have no reason to believe that will change in the future.
