Your mattress is comfortable for me and I was slipping very well on it. But, my wife is filling pain in her back after every night with your product, and listening that is also painful for me... So we don't use it. I'm going to return this mattress ASAP.

Save yourself a lot of time, money and effort and avoid this mattress and protector. Anything you spill on it goes right into the mattress and is impossible to clean. My cat decided he didn't feel well and peed on the bed. If you have kids, forget it. They will destroy it. It's really just a flimsy rubber grid that gets weaker over time. Mine is on the floor so you can't blame it on the frame. I used the flor so I didn't risk destroying my super expensive king size piece of purple rubber. I like the idea of supporting US jobs, but this product is not worth it. I work hard for my money, too. After the first few months I just toss and turn all night and my lower back hurts.

We had a 15 year old spring bed that we were more than ready to replace and were excited for the purple mattress. This mattress had a terrible smell for a few weeks but we did get better sleep for the first few months. However before a year we started waking up every few hours with extreme back pain. We have had the mattress for 2 years now we have tried mattress toppers, different bed frames, placing the mattress on the floor and everything in between. We have since moved to our now 17 year old spring bed and are getting better quality sleep. This mattress has caused my wife to go to the chiro multiple times a week and both of us lose sleep and feel soreness every morning.

I have ordered Purple mattresses now, one for me and one for my daughter. Within two nights my chronic backache had disappeared and I sleep better than ever. She loves hers too! Do it. I know it's weird to order something online without trying it out first, but I wanted to believe the ads. It's all true. It's not a squishy, melt into it kind of mattress but it is supportive without being too firm. I love it.

The buying experience on the website is not perfect. It is just a little confusing to find the buy options vs. the information and compare options because it isn't like there is just a page with all the items listed that you can purchase. They are a little spread out over the site. I don't like that I don't have an account on the site. That is a little strange to me when I am spending so much money with you. The mattress was missing the opening tool that should have come with it. I am not sure where it should have been, but it was nowhere to be found, so opening it was a little difficult. The pillows are great and both my wife and I love them. They are strange compared to regular pillows and hard to describe to other people, but we love them. The mattress is getting mixed reviews from us. I love it! I sleep primarily on my back because of sleep apnea and I use a CPAP machine. I do occasionally sleep on my stomach and side though and I am comfortable no matter how I sleep. My wife, on the other hand, is not loving it as much. She is mainly a side sleeper and says she is somewhat stiff in the morning. We are only 2 weeks into our use of the Purple mattress and have committed to at least two more before we decide to keep it or not. Our previous mattress was a lower end memory foam mattress if you were wondering.

For me, it's very comfortable while sleeping on both my back and on my side. I'm about 160 lbs. My girlfriend is also very comfortable sleeping on her back and side. She is about 130 lbs. Overall, it has a really unique feel that we both got used to very quickly. I would definitely recommend it.

This is the very best customer service I have ever received at any company. My husband absolutely love this mattress ever since the very first night he slept on it. But after almost 2 years the bed started to become more and more uncomfortable so we decided to call up purple and within days we got a new purple mattress replace and now we are back to getting our amazing rest. Before buying our mattress, I read what seemed like a million reviews and was specifically looking for those related to back pain. I was also looking for reviews where the person had the mattress longer than a week or even a month before writing said review. My husband was absolutely miserable sleeping on our very expensive Tempur-Pedic. So, I'm writing this review for anyone looking for the same information. My husband has had back problems for 10+ years, and a herniated disc in his lower back for almost 2 years. I'm a believer that a mattress isn't going to fix back problems, but a bad mattress will sure make them worse. We've had the purple.3 mattress for almost 2 months now and my then skeptical husband is now PAIN FREE (he's seen the chiropractor 2-3 times as well). I'm telling you, the mattress is incredible. We chose a .3 because it is the most popular for couples that sleep differently and prefer a mix of firm/soft enough. It is firm enough for his bad back, which was my fear of ordering the 3 instead of the 2. The mattress is indescribable- it's springy without springs, and soft but you don't sink in and you stay on top of the mattress. It's totally unique. It's something you just have to feel for yourself and take the plunge like we did. We've told all of our family and friends, and I hope this helps someone who is looking for the same review & relief. I'd give this 10 stars if I could.

We bought the Purple 3 a year and a half ago and received a free Purple pillow. Most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on and pillow is awesome, never wake up with a stiff or sore neck. After the year and a half the mattress started to have an indentation on one side. Called Purple customer service and they were awesome. Immediately opened a case and had us send in a picture of the issue, within 2 days received a response that the mattress will be replaced. Purple not only has the most comfortable mattress we've ever slept on, but awesome customer service and they stand by their 10 year warranty. We couldn't be happier we chose Purple to get a good night's sleep and to wake up with no aches or pains from pressure points regular mattresses give. Loyal and happy Purple customer.
