My husband and I compared any mattresses before ultimately purchasing the Purple mattress. I am so glad we chose Purple! My husband prefers a firm mattress while I prefer a little give. THIS IS PERFECT FOR US! It is soft and comfortable, but still firm enough to support everything that needs supporting! We went from tossing and turning all night to peaceful sleep. Our old mattress had indentions, but that is a thing of the past! Purple is the way to go!

I'm so happy I chose this mattress. I was looking at a few options, but just decided whatever, I'll choose this one to try something new. And wow! I'm a side sleeper, but I have very wide hips and the rest of me is narrow. This hugs the side I sleep on so that my back is almost perfectly aligned. I say "almost" because, again, I have Very. Wide. Hips. Other mattresses always gave me a sharp lower back pain the next day. I had to choose between sleeping comfortably and spending the next day with pain, or sleeping uncomfortably and spending the next day all grumpy. This mattress fixed that after just one night's sleep. I also got their sheets and I find them so soft and comfortable. I find that the sheets run a little too warm for a hot summer's night with no AC. But either way, I love it. My cat loves it. My boyfriend loves it. He stopped tossing and turning, which left us both with a good night's sleep.

I have 3 Queen Purples, 1 in Ohio, 1 in North Carolina, and 1 in Florida. I've slept on a lot of mattresss in my live, but none can even compare to the Purple. I wake up every morning without pain in my back. I suffer from degenerative scoliosis and had back pain every morning no matter what I slept on for years. Purple has changed all that. I bought this mattress after hearing raving reviews from friends and family. I ended up buying a little Purple starter package with the Level 2 mattress, two pillows and sheets. I will never be buying anything other than purple products for my bed. The sheets are an incredible material that keep me cool all night, the pillows are perfect for my TMJ and side-sleeping position. The mattress is one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever had. I would 100% recommend purchasing this mattress and additional products.

My husband and I got the better purple mattress and the pillow. We gave it a good two months for our bodies to adjust to a new mattress. We have had more back and neck pain then when we had our old mattress. Some days its hard to get out of bed, walk, breathe, or even go to work because of the pain. We toss and turn all night and I feel every movement my husband makes. We missed our 100 day return trial period. Honestly I regret spending that kind of money on what should be the best mattress and pillow out there. Not sure if it is just too firm or what but I am very disappointed. Its great to read all good reviews but does everyone else have good luck because my husband and I have not. I can not find one bad review.

We tried the Purple mattress to address back and joint pain while sleeping. It is a very comfortable mattress. I have much less joint pain when I wake up. The gel takes some getting used to, and flannel sheets help to counteract the cooling effect. It will be great in the summer, but it's winter now. The mattress is very heavy - 100+ pounds, and has a very soft edge. Otherwise it seems to be workin well for us. We have been sleeping on it for about 3 weeks now.

Unfortunately we never fell in love with our mattress. Two sleepless weeks in I broke down crying, I couldn't do another night. I was worried I was going to go through a lot returning it but Purple was so nice! NO guilting, no "You need to sleep on it longer". They made it very easy for me to donate it to a local church in town, didn't even have to mail my receipt but sent them a picture and saved the stamp, my money was even back in my account that day! The first couple of weeks I loved the mattress, my husband had a bad back and he said that it didn't feel any different so we gave it some time to "break in" now 2 months later and his back still hurts, recently my lower back has started to hurt and it's hard to get up out of bed. Wish I would have listened to my husband and returned it after a couple of weeks of having it and got a softer one :( I gave 3 stars because it's not a bad bed. We just prefer something softer.

Have had my Purple 4 mattress since just before Thanksgiving. LOVE sleeping on it. HATE making up the bed as the queen mattress is so heavy. I am a full-time RVer and there is no space to walk around the mattress when changing sheet etc. Would love fabric "handles" on the foot of the mattress so I could pull it away from the wall to change sheets. Will still highly recommend this mattress - just wish it was easier to move by oneself. Ann

No matter how I sleep, I feel great!!! Best of all the bed is affordable. I feel like I have gotten the same quality of sleep as I would if I own a memory mattress that's like 5x more than what I paid for the purple mattress. Also I'm a hot sleeper and with this mattress I don't feel that I get as hot. The shipping experience was great as well it came in the mail in a couple of days and it was easy to set up. Overall I can't say anything bad about the mattress or the experience of shopping for it online. Thanks again people at purple mattress!!!
