Please give me a little more time, I am still adjusting to the purple mattress , I suffer from a lot of pain, and I had just started seeing a chiropractor when I got it.. I did my research on all the competing mattresses I could buy online and the purple ended up meeting everything I was looking for. Fast forward to now and it's an ok mattress. It isn't mind blowing. Yes it's pretty cool to the touch but my back and neck have been hurting more since I got it. I'm still going to give it time since it hasn't been the full month so we'll see.

I bought a purple cause the hype told me that it would be a completely different experience than the one that was currently leaving me perpetually tired. So I dropped a lot of money (for me) on a purple mattress. Expecting quite honestly a universe of difference. Night one went by, then night 2, then 3 then 4 and I wasnt noticing much difference. Finally I came to the conclusion that because I was still exhausted every single day that I'd rather be tired and have money then the other way around. So I returned mine. I'm sure purple is a perfect fit for some and for many it could be a good investment. But for me purple is best left to YouTube commercials.

I owned the Original Purple Mattress prior to the upgrade and loved it so much I decided to switch my kids mattress to Purple, as well. The upgraded version does not disappoint! I thought there would never be a mattress more comfortable than mine, until I slept on my kids newer version. If you are on the fence about making this purchase, go ahead and jump this way! You'll only regret that you'll never want to sleep in a bed that's not yours.

I'm not even concerned about the 100 night trial at this point. After the 60 days the original purple was already better than my Nolah mattress. So now the other mattress is for the guest room. I don't recommend sitting long periods of time if you work from home, because the mattress isn't for those that would want something totally firm. It's soft for every curve of your body, but feels like it's also holding you with the least amount of pressure possible, as opposed to feeling like your sinking in until you reach a flat surface. So it's soft, yet supportive like it's cradling you.

I would love to tell you how much I love my Purple mattress, but I can't. I still don't have it. Ordered and paid (a lot) for it October 13. It is November 8th. There is no tracking. I've called customer "delight" twice and they say they have no idea when it will ship and can't give me any updates, I just need to wait for an email. And they say I will love it when I get it - that helps a lot. Sleeping on a fold out couch. Not happy with Purple people. Oh, but I got the free pillow in a week.

This is my second time buying a purple mattress and its the best mattress I have ever slept on, bar none. My experience with getting the product delivered was much worse the second time around. It took Purple a week before they even passed my mattress off to Fed EX, and then it took another week to get to me (It looks like it was sent from UT to CA before it was sent to MA). It wouldn't have bothered my so much but Purple kept giving me estimated delivery dates that Fed EX blew past. If I had known they shipping had gotten so much worse I would have just went to a store to buy it. Take more accountability for shipping delays or set better expectations from the start.

I purchased the Purple 2 mattress and immediately fell in love with the mattress. It truly is a great new initiative mattress for the 21st century. If I could separate my ratings, I give this mattress a 5 star rating. Where this review falls to 3 in my book is all around customer service. When I purchased the Purple 2 I sent an inquiry to update my order. It took a few WEEKDAYS to get any response. They did make things whole, but I was and still am kinda in awe that when you pay $1-2 Grand for a bed, you'd expect top of the line customer service with a top of the line product. I've received better better customer service form a snarky cars salesman last year. For that round, I forgave them. They are clearly understaffed and things happen. However, I decided I wanted to upgrade to Purple 3 (from my 2) because as a side sleeper I need something softer. Throughout the return process I thought it would be better and it wasn't. Again, after making the purchase I asked customer service to confirm a detail on my order. It took 6 days to get a answer to this question. Completely unacceptable, especially when you're asking customers to dish out couple grad for mattress. There are other great beds in the market...don't let customer service ruin. My advice to upper management. Hire more customer service reps if you're as busy as your managers say you are. Stretching them thin will turn away customers to other great mattress products.

This is seriously the only mattress that has ever relieved my back and shoulder pain. I have a pinched nerve in my lower back and it does not hurt when I sleep on this mattress. My husband and I actually get restful sleep when we sleep on this mattress, and that has never happened with any of our other mattresses. Thank you, Purple, for being the best!

Best mattress I ever slept on. I have tried many due to separate neck and back injuries. I could never find the right combination until now. I'm a side sleeper (I wish I could fall asleep on my back) and now have support for my lower back and some give for my neck and shoulders.
