i purchased the 999.00 special, but unfortunately found it was to soft for me in particular. To my surprise the company took care of my concerns. I didn't have to mail the mattress back, thank goodness. They were very nice and did everything and more that was promised. I'm just sad the product wouldn't suit me. Great product, great company.

We have owned our Purple mattress for 2 months now and we are loving it more and more the longer we use it. Recently we stayed at an expensive hotel with brand new, very nice beds. They were the right soft/hardness for our liking and very comfortable. But when returned home to our Purple, it was even better! We have a few family members who also have a Purple mattress now and they are also reporting the same.

Everything about this bed is AMAZING! We bought the mattress, bed frame, sheets, and mattresses protector. You always expect with a mattress protector to "hear it". Well you can't! Nor can I feel my husband lay down or get up. We have had the whole setup for a few weeks now and I've got to say all of the ads I've seen about Purple are true! Well besides the eggs! We haven't tried that yet! Thanks Purple!

My husband and I bought the purple as our first bed and it changed our lives!!! It honestly feels like we're floating! I can't wait for the mattress protector to restock, to protect it from our mischievous puppy that might love it a little more than us!!! We love our bed, never buying any other brand of mattress in our lifetime!

I purchased this for my daughter who was experiencing back pain when sleeping on her own mattress...would find her asleep on the couch more often than in her bed. After purchasing her Purple mattress she has no more back pain and no more sleeping on the couch.

I've had my mattress for a couple weeks now and I am loving how comfortable to lay on. While this mattress definitely has helped alleviate some of my back pain, it wasn't quite as miraculous as it's made to be. I probably should've chosen on if the others, but the price of this one outweighed the other two! Definitely a good buy and would recommend, just makes sure you figure out which mattress is best for you!

Although we didn't keep the mattress we were very happy with the service we received. My only complaint was the mattress didn't sit high enough for my wife and I. We had a pillowtop and were used to being higher off the floor but even with a box spring the mattress wasn't high enough.

Got my bed back in September 2018 and fell in love. All pain immediately disappeared, we were sleeping like babies through the entirety of the nights. However, since April of 2020 I purchased a "platform bed" frame from purple for more storage and now I cannot sleep longer than 1-2 hours every night constantly waking up due to discomfort of the bed. It feels as if it no longer has the support my body needs. I'm 5"10 180 so I know I haven't really broken it down myself with a 10 year warranty. Just wish I could've had the honey moon phase longer than a year and a half.

After all my research I knew this was the one. After much anticipation I flopped down and to my surprise ... it didn't feel that special. HOWEVER. The Purple is not your heavenly angel cloud bed and it never claimed to be. It is your good-night-sleep-keep-you-supported bed. And that it does so well. Basically all other beds are ruined for me now. I love this mattress for many reasons, but if there's one thing I have to point to bedsides how comfortable it is once you adapt to it and how well you sleep it is this: minimal motion transfer. My partner is a big time flopper to the point where it would wake me up. Now I don't even feel him moving around. It's wonderous. I recommend this mattress to anyone and everyone. Also important: the 30 day test period. At first I didn't think it had turned out to be that special, however after the 30 days I really noticed a difference in how comfortable I felt and my improved sleep. Buy this mattress you won't regret it!

I bought my PURPLE mattress 17 months ago. I wanted to wait to give an honest and thorough review. Initially it was great! And than after 6months I noticed that my side of the bed was significantly dipping than the middle part of the mattress. The middle part was firmer than my side. I thought I was crazy and just ignored the issue. But after a while it started getting more obvious. By the 1 year mark, it was significant. I would think my mattress would last more than a year. You will see that if you sleep on 1 side of the bed, after a couple of months the softness and firmness will be inevitable. It is unfortunate, because PURPLE is one of a kind.
