The shipping service used, FedEx, was absolutely terrible. The product came a week late, and missed three separate "will arrive by end of day" notices. We ended up calling FedEx to open a trace, which did not come back with any information. Once the mattress arrived, the experience got better. We did notice a small manufacturing in our bed. Some of the purple grid was not cut correctly, so there is a bumpy section to the mattress. Sleeping on the mattress has been a good experience. It is a solid product and provides support in the right places. The mattress feels like a friendly cloud.

My wife and I opened this up and the kids put it together for us. My wife said it feels like the other bed. About a week later I noticed she sleeps all night now compared to waking up early. She loves it. I am a side sleeper and just had back surgery. It is a great mattress. Supportive where it needs to be and my shoulders don't go to sleep and ache in the middle of the night like the old mattress.

I can't express my gratitude in words, i am suffering from back pain for lastn25 years and Waking up in the morning is most painful experience on other mattress. But with purple mattress there's no pain in the morning and i Sleep like baby in the clouds. Worth every penny. if purple was 30% less expensive it would kill all other mattress for sure.

After doing a lot of research on matteress' we finally tried out this one. We were kinda skeptical about it having the top different than others we have used but we are sleeping better now than ever! My wife is pregnant and is sleeping better now on this matteress than she did before on the other matteress before she was pregnant! Definitely very happy with this choice.

I have 4 discs in my lower back that were damaged from a fall when I was young, I have avoided surgery at all costs. But with avoiding surgery I have paid the price with a lot of pain. Sleeping has always been a hit and miss, I would wake up every 1 to 2 hours to re-adjust to eliminate some of the pain, mind you this has been going on for about 40 years. Needless to say I was always exhausted but my mind and body just had to adjust to the lack of sleep. I needed a new bed because the one I had was causing me to have way more pain than I was willing to deal with. So several months of researching I decided on the Purple mattress, not really convinced that it was going to be any better (at least I have a daughter to give it to if it didn't work out). Once the base and frame arrived my daughter and I set it up. I got to say it was heavier than I thought is was going to be. The first night I slept on it, I seriously did not wake up once through the night and I slept so hard that I was very groggy most of the morning. We had previously been sleeping on a very old mattress that had become a taco, and anything would have been an upgrade. When sitting down and sleeping on a purple mattress we immediately felt the difference. My wife is a stomach sleeper and I'm a side sleeper and it works great for both of us.

I am 48 years old with R. Arthritis, fibromyalgia, and spinal stenosis. I had been sleeping on a memory foam mattress for the last 4-5 years on my adjustable base bed and had been having issues with my pressure points killing me every day. Since receiving this purple mattress my pressure points do not hurt anymore while laying in bed. Some days I am completely bed bound and I don't dread it due to this amazing mattress. I thought it felt weird at first but I have been sleeping well on it. I will definitely be in the market to order another one for my husband for his semi truck.

I purchased my Purple mattress 6 months ago. I have degenerative arthritis in my lumbar spine, so I need a supportive mattress but it also can't be too hard. Purple was perfect. I was finally able to sleep relatively pain free. After about 4 months the same issues I've had with other mattresses started to show. Because I don't move much when I sleep, the mattress is already breaking down where i lay on it. When I'm laying on my back, I can feel the mattress dropping and my spine twisting. Now I toss and turn trying to get comfortable. So disappointed.

I was cutting it close moving into an apartment across the country and trying to get things figured out, logistically. I had finally decided on Purple, but saw that there were shipping delays, so I figured I'd just sleep on my couch for a week... but nope! My mattress, frame, and sheets/protector were all delivered on time. Huge relief. Sleeping on this mattress has been the most comfortable sleep I have ever experienced. The mattress is medium firm, but it hugs the body like memory foam never could, and I thought I'd never move away from memory foam. Next steps... Purple pillows and the seat cushions.

I love it! It's what I hoped every expensive, or not, mattress, or sleep thing would always be. It has the perfect (for me, so far) combination of firm, yet squishy. Just Perfect! It feels engineered. I can perceive the effort and thought inside of it (maybe in the voids?). This is from a guy (me) very used to dealing with highly engineered thingys of all flavors. (** that's a compliment **) It's winter now and the next real test will come on the other side of our orbit, when my '60s home's lack of a/c will be much more material to me than it is now. Right now I've got a bedding sandwich consisting of: Purple mattress/Purple white fitted sheet/Purple white top sheet/comfy soft waffle weave blanket/grandma made flannel lined quilt made of MY OWN pre 1995 retired jeans. The bed is in the lower level of my split entry mid century home. While it does feel much cooler down there (vs upstairs) in Summer, some swampy summer scorchers will come every single year, and I'll be there, hopefully for eight sweat free restful hours. When it finally does gets hot, any kind of hot, I am making a kind of rare (for me) Optimistic prediction that this mattress will perform very, very well ( Exactly how well.....we'll see...stay tuned). I came to that prediction through two methods. One: The ventilated design by it's nature Seems to indicate a natural ventilation will occur. Of course, this is a guess. but I've got some wisdom, and I am using it here. Two: Until I decided to take my old mattress and put it inside a tent out in the snow, my bedding sandwich had one other item that had been on my old metal spring mattress (how old fashioned and gross, ick). That was my trusty mattress pad heater. This thing would warm up my bed before getting in, and sometimes through the night. It's just like a super warm (but healthy, and not contagious) entity had just gotten out, warming it up for you. It's so much better than getting into a COLD bed. Brrrrrr!! Awful. Booo! Anyway I did notice it took a much higher setting on my dial (0-10) to get the same warmth. A bummer, but as long as I just had to crank it up a bit, no biggie. But.... it does tell me that the same heat (my old dial setting) isn't effecting myself (my chilliness factor) as much.... therefore those Therms must (probably) be dissipating in the voids of Purple polymer, or some such engineering/science voodoo that I now trust, that you do so well. A + Purple *** :) I will have to find a appropriate pillow. My instinct with this mattress is to have none, but I need something to keep my head pointed to the sky (back sleeper, but side curious).
